Many have asked about a Nvidia optimized miner, it seems that KlausT has created a new CUDA miner forked from the official 1.0.5 miner release.

https://github.com/KlausT/Sia-CUDA-Miner/releases/tag/3.00

Awesome!

Does KlausT have a bitcointalk profile?

Cool! I wanted to thank you for your miner and to give you a small donation.

I am signed up as a host and have two contracts.  Why do I keep having transactions withdrawing small amounts of siacoin?  I've had 25 SC withdrawn in eight small transactions in the last 24 hours.

EDIT: It's announcing on the network.  I did it twice and the fee comes out in multiple transactions.

Any idea how long it would take to mine a block with a 970?

~800 hours or 33 days with current difficulty.

Did anyone find a block with the new wallet using KlausT's miner? I'm curious if I'm just that unlucky again.

With sh1tty luck 33 = 99
I'm mining with 4*970 and find 1st block only after 3 weeks instead of 1 in calc

It's always like that for me also. Maybe the diff or hashrate indication is off.

What is the profitable? 8 G\h, within 30 days did not match any block!

that's bad luck, you must understand that 8 giga only give you 0.02 on other algo per day, x 30 is 0.6, current block reward give you 0.28 btc with sia

you are probably on a bad variance, i would mine this only with 100GH

Guys, we need a pool. Any information? Ready to join the pool on your terms.
And another question. How to set up production of several farms on 1 wallet?

So, now I see that I need 50000SC to share my HDD space, is there any limit per address, let say 5TB, 50TB, 500TB, or so?

This is my signature...

I should have found ~3.5 blocks since upgrading to 1.0 but I haven't find anything. I'm not sure if solomining works anymore (or KlausT's miner) or I'm just that awfully unlucky with this coin.

Though ever since I started mining this coin, I'vee been really unlucky and found maybe half as many blocks as I should have on paper.

Can someone explain to me why the difficulty rate went from 3050 to 3456 when the hash rate has not increased???

Difficulty   3,456 TH
Estimated Hashrate    6,236 GH/s

If anything, it has gone down from a hash rate of 6,400.  So why has the difficulty gone up at all???

Coins per day dropped from 32,500 to like 29,500 for what appears no reason.  Can we get an explanation.  Thanks.
