It is hard to stop an addiction but you have to find some else to replace it good or bad. Hopefully good because the other bad addictions will just compile the problem even worst then it already is.

Replace your addiction with something that is worthy to do like involving in a physical sports or cultivate your passion so it could bring good results to you rather than doing gambling figuring out how to win in a unwinnable situation, we should learn from our experience and put some limitation to understand the word enough.

Thats good suggestion but i think those who already addicted ones need to seek medical help first so they can be cured and also rehabilitate and also so by that they can be relieve and do not think to gamble anymore,
We all know gambling is life wrecker and its up to people on how they deal unto it and how they handle their money for this betting sites, and well if they will bring their greed in their betting well they got higher chance that they well get sick and broke.

Also a good suggestion, but we never take a bad step which we addict to gambling, when we play gambling, we all have a though that we can't be addict to gambling, but when we cross our limitations that gambling will be dangerous for us. So i advice don't play gambling if you can't handle it.

How sad, well actually if you are just good in gambling and you will continue to make money consistently, you can always replace your girl friend with even 10 more, that's what money can do but still in the end it will ruin your life that you cannot do other things  effectively.

Cause in some people gambling can help them to release their stress playing in it and some of us use gambling as their past time.
