For those of you who are new to the public debate about All Things Guns that has sprung up since the Parkland, FL tragedy, this brief primer is for you whether you are a mommy, daddy, guardian or teacher of school-age children. Most of all, if you are a politician or reporter, this one has your name on it.

A basic Google search for "guns" returns 299,000,000 results in 0.52 seconds. So why another gun article? The cacophony of stultifying idiocy polluting media outlets via the Evening News, talk radio "commentary", wasting untold newsprint and bandwidth demands it. Never has the old saw, "He only knows enough to be dangerous" been more evident than in the blatherings of those who have swallowed whole the mistruths, half-truths and outright lies on everything from "firearm terminology" to the "gun show loophole." Indeed, many of the spouting pundits hosing audiences with their indubitable certitude are motivated by an evil political agenda that has been marinated in decades of gun grabbing propaganda, fear mongering elitism. And worse. (See MSDNC's "Morning Joe")

Sadly, strewing scary stuff stifles any rational discussion about guns. Anti-gun groups are using "NRA!" as the new pejorative replacing "RACIST!" as their trump card to shut down dangerously productive conversations. Claiming "we need a public debate about guns" really means "STFU and do it my way!"

To navigate this swamp of polluted palaver, here are just a few of the 372 Unadulterated Truths you can memorize and deploy in next big argument at work or Chuck E. Cheese. They are also suitable to Cut 'N Paste or carve into other suitable persuasive materials for more formal situations.

Note: the following assumes the Reader knows the absolute minimum about guns, i.e., they go BANG! propelling a projectile at Warp speed toward whatever lies immediately ahead. This is true of rifles, pistols, and shotguns– also cannons, bazookas, mortars, RPG's and other weapons of destruction,"mass" or otherwise.

First, despite the MSM and members of the phylum "moron" dedication to mislead you, there is no such thing as "gun violence". "Gun violence" is code from the Aggressively Ignorant for "It's not my fault; the gun did it."  As an inanimate object, any firearm is no more intelligent or self-actuating than a rock (an early ancestor). All firearms require some level of participation from a human to function. This phase of the interface, loosely described as "human intelligence", is where problems begin.

Why would anyone be against gun control? Guns are made for one purpose, and that purpose is to kill. Guns are especially dangerous in the hands of people who don't know how to use them (i.e., kids and teenagers)as well as those who are mentally ill and/or have a temper problem.

Here's a thought on the war on our constitutional rights here in the U.S..  Call it a hypothesis to just match against obsevations:

The U.S. 20 trillion in debt.  That figure is rapidly growing and showing no signs of slowing down,  'We' are going to default on 'our' debts.  It's pretty inevitable.

Some courts (maybe U.S., maybe some TPP-like tribunal of multi-national corporate interests, maybe something else) is going to decide the terms of 'our' default settlement.  We citizens who own property here in the U.S. and the people who hold U.S. debt instruments are probably going to have very different ideas about what is fair since a lot of 'private property' very well could be considered part of the balance sheet.

People who are 'good with money' know various tricks.  One of them is how to buy junk debt for pennies on the dollar then obtain some muscle in to help collect.  The amount of muscle needed and the cost of commissioning this service will be a LOT more if the pissed off target population is armed.`

There is one ethnic group who were over-represented in both starting the Bolshevik revolution and making bank to become the 'oligarchs' 80 years later when the Soviet Union fell apart.  They are widely considered to be 'good with money.'  Interestingly it is this same ethnic group who are over-represented here in the U.S. in supplying politicians and 'activists' to focus on getting rid of our pesky 2nd amendment.

If the gun control freaks have their way, then you will be left without any guns. They can rise several arguments in their favor, including accusation that you are harming the wildlife. Also, they can argue that women should carry pepper spray rather than pistols (but from my experience I can say that they are ineffective when compared to guns).

This Kentucky school district just voted to let teachers carry concealed guns

The unanimous decision came after the board heard concerns about school safety from teachers, parents and administrators during a town hall meeting at Pike County Central High School. The discussion was prompted by multiple school shootings in recent weeks, including one at Marshall County High School in Western Kentucky that left two dead and another in Florida that left 17 dead.

The motion authorizes the school board's attorney to work with the Pike County Sheriff's Office, which would oversee the program, to finalize a formal policy for the school board to consider.

Pike County Schools Superintendent Reed Adkins said he hopes the board will give final approval within two to three weeks, and to have armed staff in schools by fall, if not sooner.

CNN Finally Notices Schools in Texas That Already Arm Teachers

In a report aired on Friday's New Day and again on Saturday's CNN Newsroom with Fredricka Whitfield, CNN correspondent Ed Lavandera actually gave attention to a school district in Texas that already arms its teachers with concealed weapons and has them train in case they need to defend the school.

On New Day, CNN hosts Alisyn Camerota and John Berman seemed skeptical after the report because the teachers had not yet had a chance to demonstrate that they could defend the school successfully a the pair failed to note that the fact that they have not been attacked yet could be evidence of deterrence.

Google Searches For "Buy a Gun" Hit All Time High

Google searches for "buy a gun" have hit an all time high as interest in purchasing firearms dramatically increases in the aftermath of the Parkland shooting.

Expecting new restrictions on guns and ammunition, anecdotal evidence suggests the AR-15 semi-automatic weapon is becoming popular once again following a lull in interest after Trump's election.

Google searches for "AR-15" are at their highest since just after the Sandy Hook massacre over five years ago.

However, the more generic term "buy a gun" just hit its highest level ever, with incomplete data suggesting it could be an even more popular query than it was just after Sandy Hook.

The whole 'semi-auto' thing is an absurd charade and it gives the game away.  Most modern weapons are 'semi-auto'.  If these scum can conflate 'semi-auto' with something which means anything, and can tuck it away in their volumes of regulation, they will use it to take advantage of the general ignorance among the uninformed population.  Similarly the nebulous term 'military grade.'

From my point of view if you want to install a dictatorship in one country, what do you do? Take the guns out of the people so they can't defend themselves against the guns of the soldiers. Thats what was Chavez did in Venezuela, i saw it with my own eyes.

The best course of action is giving guns to the security guards in the school, install more cameras and strengthen security. Criminals will always be able to get guns. But they should fire against armed security guards and not against defenseless children.

Mother, Daughter Take On Armed Robber

They allow people who would otherwise be victims to defend themselves.

A prime example of this comes out of Oklahoma where a mother and daughter took on the guy trying to rob their family-owned liquor store. It did not work out well for him.

The two women spoke out about the incident, as well.

When the gunman turned away, the women said they grabbed guns of their own and opened fire.

They said all they could think about was saving the other's life.

"The next thing I know that I have my gun and I'm shooting him. And I get up and I shoot him again, and he just keeps coming back to me," said Ring.

I think  gun control should be.Today even in a young age used gun to kill.There are so many news engaging about gun and the most problem on that is teenagers are the suspects.It feel so much pain in part of the parents if that happpened.
Thats why the government should do everything for those who are using gun and maybe a law about how to control in using gun and the most important  are the parents should be the one responsible for their kids.
