It's not a gun or no gun thing, it's entirely dependent on culture. In most traditional western style european and european descendant countries, crime as a whole is low amongst those ethnic groups. The problem is either rooted in poverty or in increased crime by minorities.

It is the America gun freedom at the core of Government, and in action with the people, combined with the current world trade, that is keeping people in other nations free.

If America were not a big nation in world trade and military, many gun control nations would take over their citizens, formally, and make real slavery... or slaughter many of their people. Hitler was the example that proves this out.

The only basic reason the Hitler thing is not happening in the UK and much of Europe right now is, they have to keep face with America for trade and other reasons.

So, it is gun freedom that is keeping the world as free as it is. The UK gets a free ride to freedom, based on the fact that there is a whole lot of gun freedom in America.

Gun is very restrict on my country. Nobody able to hold a gun without any valid license. If someone still want to do it, we have right to punish him/her into jail. I agree with that since when gun were being hold by criminals, our life are being at risk.

Making license mandatory is not an issue. But the issue is that in some countries such as India, it is extremely difficult to get a license. You have to waste a lot of time and effort, in order to get a license.

Yes, in some countries obtaining a license is very problematic. While criminals can at any time attack with a gun on you without a license.

Aren't you dexcribing Government? Look at China over the last 3,000 years. We call it China, but it has changed governmental form many times, and all of its borders have changed over and over.

Actually, I do agree with you here. Children are most receptive to values of society and their parents, not young adults.

Noctis Connor is extremely misguided as gun is merely tool. In Germany it is quite hard to get gun legally... guess, what terrorist does? Hijacks truck, kills driver with knife and points said trunk to nearest large group of people. Shall we implement "car control" aswell? What abou "stone control" for that matter?

So indeed, the men are perpetrators, we cant eradicate mental illness from everybody and we also cant ban absolutely every single tool, that can be used for killing, that is not possible, but we can instill better values into children growing up in the country.

A person can harm or kill others in many ways. He can use a club, his fists, a knife, a fork, anything. Are you going to put all people into strait-jackets so that nobody can harm anyone anymore?

We all need to recognize that we will die. We need to be aware that bad things can happen. Then, we need to arm ourselves as best as possible to protect ourselves from others.

In Africa, when a rogue lion hunts and kills in a village, the villagers get together and hunt the lion and kill it.

If a rogue man uses a gun to hunt and kill any one of us, the rest of us will get together and hunt that man and execute him.

Like the African villagers, we don't remain in hunt formation forever. Once the job is done, we peacefully put our weapons away, and get on with our business.

It will do nothing. The human psyche can change with circumstances. Stress can not withstand even the psyche of these trained people like police and military. The only way out. If many people will have a weapon that has a chance to prevent a crime at the beginning and with less impact.

Gun control freaks see him with gun. They attack him with knives and clubs to take away his gun.

Gunman fears for his life. He shoots many gun control freaks who attack him, and kills them. Finally, they kill him with their knives and clubs, because there are just too many of them.

About that time, peaceful gunman's peaceful gun friend drives up. He sees gun control freaks kill his peaceful gunman friend. He jumps out of car and starts shooting. Many more gun control freaks die.

Look what happened with drug control. Pot and coke and heroine might be bad. But when they were taken away from the people, the people invented crack and meth. New forms of meth can be made right at home out of common household chemicals, and doesn't even need to be cooked.

Should have left things alone so that there wouldn't be all these new, many-times-worse drugs out there.

Apply that to guns. If you take the guns away from people, what will they invent? Whatever it is, it will be worse than guns, and more destructive and more widespread, just like crack and meth. And you won't be able to stop it without placing the complete society in strait-jackets. And how are you going to do that? From your strait-jacket?



Get it through your heads. Gun control isn't gun control. Rather, it is attempted people control. In free countries, people control doesn't work. In slave countries, it doesn't last long.



Your best bet is to get some guns to protect yourself, and leave well enough alone. And, make friends with all the gun people around you, so that you can fight off the few bad gunmen that happen to come around.

Most of the gun violence in the world - the gun terrorism - is Government authorized. Notice that since Trump took office, there hasn't been any gun terrorism in the States. And there was very little before Obama.
