we cant still guarantee though since we arent  sure already  about  on the bitcoins price in near future because  theres a possibility that it would fall or  it would rise but  as we all speculate and somehow predicted  bitcoins price would increase its price in future. Holding bitcoin would not be a bad thing  since you would  be profitable long term.

There are no guarantees that the price will keep going up, that is the most likely thing to happen, but there are a lot of thing that could happen that could disrupt the bitcoin world like a world banning of bitcoin, wars a new coin, etc.

I agree with you  holding  bitcoin for long  time is surely an investment , as you said  there are still things that we must  possibly do to make  more bitcoins. Just like  what you said  investing  on  a bitcoin casino would  do but  in this plan you  would need a  huge/decent amount to invest into it.
