It's possible but there's always a condition which is to put a decent amount of money as you investment. You cannot just hold your bitcoins when it is not a decent amount as you will just regret in the future and think that you should have invested more.

But I regret it, because most of my already sell a few days before halving day or 4 months ago and I only get profit not more 300%. not much people can reach 300% for 2 years and i think you are lucky person to see the increasing price of bitcoin and i think 300% is enough for you and now you can start to buy bitcoin or you can earning in more ways again, hold it for more than 1 years from now, then you can see that the price will be increase more than now.

Well, you're right. moreover, it is the way that it has a very small risk. I think to do that with some of the bitcoin, but only one reason it is very difficult to endure in many years. very difficult to hold him in years because of rising prices high enough to make you lose control and sell bitcoin that you have, or use it for anything else.

The higher the price is, the lower the eventual rewards will be. I doubt he will be able to keep holding from current levels till he's up 300% again, as the price would need to reach around $2200 at some point in the future. Other than that, ups and downs don't bother long term holders as their target is to sell when they reach a minimum of 100-200% in profits. If I look at myself, then I still have some coins that I bought in 2013 for around $25 untouched in my wallets. I have gone through a roller coaster where we went from an ATH, to far below $200, till where we are now. I still have them. Was I tempted to sell them at +$1000 prices? For sure, but I kept holding them.

Holding bitcoins, they can't.
But if they trade bitcoins, then 300% is nothing as I have seen many users claiming here that they converted their investments to even 1000% of their capital, which is not a small number. Holding bitcoins is good, but trading it gives you the opportunity to make your skills better as well as collect more coins slowly.

It's definitely not possible as it has happen in the past already, when you buy low and you sell high that will constitute a profit.

Now, I do believe that we do not just simply hold our bitcoins as we also have the responsibility to ensure that the market is doing well for bitcoin and we will know that with constant reading of the news and any news will certainly affect the market and you can use that for your decision making.

   Exactly what I`m trying to do, I save and hold bitcoins I earn, and maybe its not good way to earn money right now, but in long run this investment can bring a big profit. The key of success here is patience, and only like that I can endure in long run. Its very tempting for me to see how other people make profit right now with their investment that pay out much faster then waiting for price increase.
   My plan for now is to hold bitcoins at least until the next halving, after that I will evaluate situation and create new plans.

Actually you're right there if you are going to hold your bitcoin in the exchange website or in bitcoin wallet your bitcoin will grow up when the price is increasing as you can see if the price of the bitcoin is growing your money is growing too trade while the price is really unstable.

Its good that you are taking it slow some people get desperate to get profits and in the process lose it all due to bad decisions or doing stuff they were not yet prepared to do like trading without any knowledge, use the time to keep learning and you will surely find something in which you are good and that brings you th profits you are looking.
