I believe ,in the following years bitcoin will need a serious upgrade (scaling, confirmation speed, etc..). If these issues aren't resolved while new coins keep emerging I can't see why btc would stay the #1 coin.

Very impossible that they will not resolve it because we are already use bitcoin as payment in any stores and they will regret if they dont fix those issue..

If we talk about digital currency then I don't think that there is any other digital currency that can replace bitcoin in future as bitcoin gonna rule the world in future.

yeah I think anyone opposed altcoin or other cryptocurrency bitcoin will always win from competitors. bitcoin greater because earlier there and bitcoin more trsted than altcoin new competitor. the longer over the years I'm sure bitcoin will be hard to replace

No, I don't think so because we have observed new altcoins with supposedly better features trying to improve the alleged deficiencies on the bitcoin, and any of them have achieved similar acceptation despite their undeniable advantages. That is why I think bitcoin will continue ruling this altcoin world forever and ever.

Confirmation speed will get more slower with the coming years. There will be a lot of users doing transactions and miners can handle that but it will get slower. But I would rather stay with a slower one that have low transaction fees than those speedy money transfer with a thieves look on you.

Yes i also think with time earning bitcoin will become much harder. It will attain a stable price but before that it will reach a much more higher value that it has now.But bitcoin in offline transactions may take very long time to spread worldwide.

That is for sure when the time where there is low low bitcoin that will be mined and surely it will have a larger price buy that time. It will be buying mostly by that time also earning it will give low number only.

One obstacle bitcoin can face is the rising of other crpto currency with higher mmarket value,  but I know with the way bitcoin is,  it will keep growing in price
It sounds weird but who knows, xcoin=1.5 BTC, maybe would happen if the price fell too for some unknown reason until now.
nope i think cryptocurency others will not be able to compete bitcoin. bitcoin already known and currently bitcoin has millions of loyal users and believe bitcoin. and you know to grow a trust will not be as easy and need long time. so I think the new cryptocurrency will be difficult to overtake bitcoin

The only other crypto currency which could compete with bitcoin is the Etheruem, but it is in some trouble now.
yeah i think that could rival the current bitcoin from the cryptocurrency is etherum. yeah but it's not a problem. you can see the current user etherum has diminished and diminishing popularity. I think they will become as common as altcoin altcoin other.
but someday there might be a competitor which would complicate bitcoin

That could be right. There was a hack about the DAO, many people troll at some Ethereum threads.

a lot of coins are standing to compete bitcoin and I think they will be able some day to threat bitcoin bt even at that time bitcoinwill be the master of all crypto currencies and will have a bigger value among all other crypto currencies.

I have to be very optimistic here and bias at the same time. My prediction is that bitcoins will be huge in the future, this year alone $1,000 is easy to achieve and I can say that in 10 to 20 years we can see a price of $10,000 per bitcoins.

Bitcoin ecosystem is still growing, so these prices would not be surprising at all.
