Why have Bitcoin instead of cash?

People use bitcoin instead of cash for the reason of less cost,
hassle free, less effort. These are the reasons why bitcoin
is being used instead of cash. Over the internet you can buy/
shop books.goods without using cash. Thus, this gives an
advantage to many users of bitcoin.

Thats true paying with bitcoin is hassle free.  It favors mostly an online entrepreneur and freelancer. Imagine you have clients abroad and you receive your payments in a short period of time with minimal charges unlike money transfer.

Bitcoin offer some advantages than using fiat money, as it more widely use.
I like the way to earn and savings bitcoin as my future plan.

Well, in order to make profits with trading Bitcoin and altcoins, you buy Bitcoin with fiat first, and then put your coins to work whilst trading. In that aspect, fiat is in fact allowing you to make money. Just like you buy stocks with fiat, real estate, Gold, etc.

Actually the altcoins is not a competition of bitcoin but a platform that would help also promote bitcoin, most of the altcoins get the concept originally from bitcoin and they are just a way to make bitcoin more popular using their platform.

New altcoins that are introduce recently are always a pump and dump coin. Meaning they will hype the coin up so that the price will increase and later the creators of the coin will be the ones selling it. It is a clever idea but almost everyone won't benefit it. People are actually not touching trading anymore as there is still things to be learn thoroughly so that mistakes will be few.

This is debatable. You may as well earn bitcoins directly by participating in a signature campaign here (seems to be the easiest way) or you may offer a service or do various jobs and get paid in bitcoins. Most likely, there are other ways to get bitcoins without fiat as an intermediary. For example, you may try to hack an exchange.

I know the fact that we still need cash for just building up the value of bitcoin but that doesn't mean that we are going to completely dump the use of cash. For me, the advantage if we are going to use bitcoin then you don't have to bring a physical wallet which can be a treasure in the sight of those robbers so you are going to be safe.

yeah shop using bitcoin would like to shop using a credit card you do not need to carry physical money because you can directly pay via online or offline (with QR code) and then you're already paying for it, I think it would be simpler than with cash

Yes I agree it's better to bring bitcoin since it's invisible than with a money in your pocket which is more risky for robbers . But in my country so few stores accepting bitcoin for payments. I believe soon some of us will adapt paying bitcoins.

At some point bitcoin is also better than cash as you said you can hide it and since it is anonymous people will not know about our ownership, however there are times also that we need cash because bitcoin is not that popular that we can spend it buying our daily needs.

Bitcoin is really more convenient than the usual cash transfer but I disagree with the anonymity purposes. If a country will put serious actions in those bitcoin local exchanger, they will need some information about those clients under that exchange. The said exchange must comply with country's law since we are talking about money here.

If bitcoin will soon be accepted in really lots of places worldwide, expect an exchanger which will really needs users information to minimize fraud activities.

And this is going to be more convenient rather than using those credit cards. People won't notice if you are going to be a bitcoin millionaire.

And you are using bitcoin for your daily transactions instead of cash, so the anonymity is still their if you want to hide yourself from the people surrounds you.

Well i prefer to use this both. Cash is basis where we can buy our daily needs everyday foods , and money are mainstream where we can use it in our daily use also but in bitcoin we are using bitcoin to earn money where we always convert it into cash and use that cash like what i said earlier to use in dialy.

Exactly, because without cash we cannot spend our bitcoins, for now we are just dependent in fiat so we need cash. They have different purpose for me because I use bitcoin for my investment and I use cash to cash out my profit so it would be easy for me to spend.

Yes you are definitely right without this two or without the cash we cannot spend our bitcoin because we can't really exchange bitcoin into cash if there's no cash but if there's both then its really a happy thing we have bitcoin to use into currencies and make moneys and we have money to convert our profit from bitcoin.

Paying through QR code is actually one thing I've never tried, I don't have a Bitcoin wallet on my phone. But it definitely sounds very cool, especially if you don't have to open any app or type in anything. On the computer I usually copy paste the amount but on a phone I imagine you can only do this using QR code.

i will say , you should explain him with simple technical thoughts . you should tell him that it is like a fiat money but it is out of control of anyone , so it is useful for making unlimited amount payment with tax and high transaction charge .

I understand on why people would have bitcoin instead of cash because with bitcoin you can end up with more money and you can end up with cash.
I still would like to have cash because then I would not have to go trough the whole bitcoin process.
