By talking it based on your experience, you are right. But in general, cash is more convenient to use when transacting as it is fast and simple. Simple in the sense that you do not have to go through with bitcoin procedures that you need to make an online wallet and transfer it online, with cash you simply have over the money and take whatever you trade it and transaction is done.

Government will not becoming so strict if it's not threatening their control over the whole economics and their income from the taxes as people have spoken that with bitcoin they could easily avoid taxes which is really a problem that could decrease the income of the government, as long people still pay the taxes i think it will be fine

Well this applies mainly to transactions done online or digitally. The problem is, most transactions that are more on necessity are not done online but through physical exchange. Things like food, clothing, medicine and real time purchases still rely heavily on cash exchange so we can't really say that having bitcoin, even though it brings a lot of benefits to the table, is better than having physical money.

As I know there is taxes for every transaction with bitcoin. Yes, that percent is little, but there is. And bigger tax you have to pay for cashing out your bitcoins. And unfortunately not every place accept bitcoin as payment yet. So today cashing out is the necessary thing almost with all operations with bitcoin.
