As expected; a very mature response... Anyhow:

[...] Where can I find the exact financial numbers on Recyclix? I would like to read their prospectus or annual reports like any good potential investor would...

Yes, actually you do. You do that by timing/pausing and intonation. That's the way people actually make sense of it all (so you know when a sentence ends, for instance). That's why we invented capitalization and punctuation...

Yes, any serious investor asks to see these numbers before they give someone their hard earned money. You didn't?

The "process is free"?!? Where do you find the people to do that work and the trucks and machines to do that for free???

And you call me a moron? That's a good one!

At least I am asking for the prospectus and the annual reports before I give a "company" my money...

Sbogovac, borgminer is an idiot. Clicking 'ignore' is the only solution.

His argument about FREEEEEEE!!!1! Plastic waste totally ignores the expense of the infrastructure needed to collect it in the first place, let alone the actual cost of recycling it.

I've explained this to him before yet he keeps repeating the same ignorance. So he is proving himself to be not just an idiot, but a wilful idiot who doesn't actually want to understand the realities of this scam because he is so invested in it.

No one should give them any money. <- period

They admit they run a Ponzi.

And they don't even take themselves seriously: any serious company either publishes a prospectus (as a new company) or their annual reports (as existing companies) for potential investors. The fact that these documents are missing (or not public, for that matter) tells any serious investor to stay far away from this "company"...

Yes, I know... I'm not even discussing this with him. I know it seems so, but I'm only trying to help you out a bit (why should you "do all the work"). He doesn't even get that by keeping posting here he actually helps to get this topic higher in Google. It's already on the first page when someone searches for "Recyclix" alone (not even including search strings like "scam" or "ponzi"). Guess we should actually thank him... Nah!

In some countries yes (if the company is a "limited"), in others I don't know. But I don't care either. It's basic investment: the company wants investors? OK. The company has to provide the information.

What every company in every civilised country is "required by law" is to have their bookkeeping in order. So it is (or at least should be to [potential] investors) very worrying that when requested (like the Italian government did, for instance) a company can not produce those numbers. I have several businesses, and I can show a interested party (or any involved government agency) those numbers within one business day (actually faster, but OK). I simply call/email my accountant and he gets a report out of the accounting software. Instantly.

No, not "general" numbers. Their numbers. The prospectus or annual reports from Recyclix themselves.

Nope, you:

[...] have given [...] proof its a real company . [...]

thereby implying they're legit.

You did say you:

[...] need proof its a scam

several times, actually. So just helping you out, dude...  Grin

But thanks again for being a rude * and calling us "two dumb fucks". Nothing like a bit of swearing and name calling to prove your point, right?
