People are making a lot of mistakes with Bitcoin and that is not that best but also not that bad because you can learn from you mistakes and can do next time better so that is nice.
But the most mistakes that is made with Bitcoin is that people are selling it too early because they dont have the patience for it.

yeah it is a basic problem of the bitcoin because everyone does not know when the price of bitcoin will stop moving or when bitcoin prices will rise or fall so it is normal that a person experiencing wrong any buy/sell when the trade. in addition there are also many more problems can you see from the wide range of users |

My worst mistake is probably when I trusted different HYIPs. I never get the chance to earn my money back. All of them ran away. I also lost a lot of money from bitcoin doubler websites. They paid 3 times and then after someone invested 5BTC and 1BTC, they just ran away. After learning my mistake from doubler sites, I have come up to an idea of doing referrals on those websites to earn money though.
If you're a newbie, you will probably fall victim onto one of those ponzi scams as they are being promoted in most facebook bitcoin groups. The thing is, those people who are promoting those websites only want to make money out of referrals.

If you feel that your mistake was getting into bitcoins in the first place, then why are you still here ? I think that you shouldn't look at it only profit wise. Sure, you made a financial error, but that doesn't mean your next move is going to be bad one as well. I suggest you re-asses your moves, and don't give up on bitcoin as a whole, judging by a single error you made. |

put money in HYIP investment sites, too quickly sell altcoins, which when it was increased to 1000% more  Well I did that 2 mistakes when I'm still not able to know those things about bitcoin, there is no such legit hyip. I though it could help me to earn more daily without doing nothing but the saying is true that there is no such easy money without effort. I also experienced it at the time I joined the bitcoin early and very stupid of me to want to get a big advantage I try to invest in hyip sites and Ponzi. I invested more in PBminning 0.2 BTC. but when I get bitcoin with difficulty. and mining sites ponzi scam it be in a few months. I have not had time to get ROI |

Well my recent big mistake made with bitcoin were to purchase the accounts and made spam at the forum ,result i got all accounts permanent banned with all staked adress and i had invested 0,30btc on them,and now gone.I should had try to resell them as i got them ,but the lesson is dont spam.
i think i never made a mistake with bitcoins |

What's the worst mistake you did with your Bitcoin? It can vary from starting to use Bitcoin to buying dumped Altcoin to gambling.
The worst mistake I made with Bitcoin is... Buying cloud mining hashrate. I bought 0.02 GH/s CEX.IO hash rate voucher at SEOClerk for $2 USD - or maybe $1 USD. I thought with 0.02 GH/s, I would be making a profit in half a year.. And I was wrong.
Well, I bought using the free five dollars coupon. So that does not count as making a mistake with Bitcoin. However, the slow profit lead me to buying hashing power from CEX.IO and later on.. ZeusHash using the Bitcoin I earned from signature campaign.. Again, I thought I would be making profit in a few months. Till today, I'm sure I have not make any profit from both the company yet. CEX.IO stopped their cloud mining operation and.. ZeusHash.. What do you think.?

First edit since this thread was posted. Anyway, after reaching more than 100 pages (103 to be exact), today I will list down some common ones.
1. Gambling
2. Not knowing Bitcoin earlier.
3. Participating in HYIP & Wrong trading technique (both Altcoin and day trading).
4. Sending to wrong address & lost of wallet.
5. Cloud mining & scammed trade.
My worst mistake with bitcoin is trust hyip program. Last month there hyip named cryptoprime. I give a deposit large enough there, because I see the web it has been running long enough and it looks legit. For the first deposit smoothly without any problems, but for the second deposit was never entered in the accounts, they reasoned there blockchains problem. And BUMP 5 days later there website is mising from network. haha My advice do not ever believe hyip program. |

See it in a different light. You've saved your profits. Bitcoin could have developed differently and you would have much to lose. So I would not call this a real loss. A real loss is when you would lose the private key to your Bitcoins. My worst mistake. Last year i got 1 btc when the price was around 300$ per BTC. I sold it fast for paypal and skrill. After 6 months the price was 455$ per BTC. 155$ wasted profit.Sh*t.  |

After 6 months the price was 455$ per BTC. 155$ wasted profit.Sh*t. this is not a mistake. everyone buying selling their coins immediately because bitcoin price is really unpredictable. and in past days it was even more difficult to predict something about bitcoin. that time peoples are confuse and fear about bitcoin. I think you can still get profit by buying btc now and selling them after halving. |

I would buy now and sell slightly before the halving, though, as the price will go up from investors buying their presumably last cheap coins before everything ends up getting adjusted and we wait another 4 years. |

no i dont think that i have done any mistake still. may be that i am new in bitcoin. if some one tell me how ovoid mistakes. i think its such a wide website. not easy to study. every campaign has its own rules some time people forget them which become a mistake.

I think the selling of your bitcoins at that amount is just fine, that is not stupid as long as you profited in that transaction. The worst mistake you did in my opinion in when you invested in ponzi investments, they are the cancer of the community, they take the money of the innocent people who wants to achieve their dreams for having a lot of money without realizing that investments are too good to be true. |

I have done many mistakes with my bitcoins.But only three things that i can accept that ive done.First one is gambling my bitcoins to earn and being greedy at gambling sites.And other one is investing all my bitcoins on a new investment site and end bribg scam and empty and have nothing to start with.

yeah most people made the same mistake and keep repeating. it also happened to me? bitcoin give ease to gamble right? and it is something that is bad for me personally. because I always lose in gambling and keep going back to play. I can not learn from defeat |

Why do you regret it..?? isn't that lucrative for you ..?? . Because you are selling at a price high enough and it can make you enjoy the advantages of both. I think you are less grateful for what you do, the most important now is to avoid a bad thing |
