My biggest mistake i've been.when i should started bitcoin in 2013 when the price is low and buyable at 5 dollars. i should listen to my friend that invited me years ago and i mistakenly sent bitcoin to wrong address totaling .1btc

The worst thing I've done with BTC is use an online wallet and lost a lot from it. I also gambled some BTC away but nothing major.
In my bitcoin life, I trusted almost everyone and every site, and many sites were scammed me and many people just ate my money, so I did many mistakes but I got many experience from my mistakes and now I am quite good in bitcoin and I know how to deal peoples now. |

What's the worst mistake you did with your Bitcoin? It can vary from starting to use Bitcoin to buying dumped Altcoin to gambling.
The worst mistake I made with Bitcoin is... Buying cloud mining hashrate. I bought 0.02 GH/s CEX.IO hash rate voucher at SEOClerk for $2 USD - or maybe $1 USD. I thought with 0.02 GH/s, I would be making a profit in half a year.. And I was wrong.
Well, I bought using the free five dollars coupon. So that does not count as making a mistake with Bitcoin. However, the slow profit lead me to buying hashing power from CEX.IO and later on.. ZeusHash using the Bitcoin I earned from signature campaign.. Again, I thought I would be making profit in a few months. Till today, I'm sure I have not make any profit from both the company yet. CEX.IO stopped their cloud mining operation and.. ZeusHash.. What do you think.?

I have done lots of mistakes, but the biggest one was keeping BTC on Mintpal. My 6k dollars are completely lost. This is a good lesson - never keep on exchanges more than you can afford to lose, use your own wallet.

lol. mintpal is small exchanger. very unfortunate if you keep on sites that are not trusted and not famous, maybe if you keep in poloniex. It will not happen mate |

Never made a huge mistake but I once bought bitcoins on the wrong moment when the price was the high if I look back at it.
At the end it all came good and I made profit with it luckily.

Same story, I made a year ago was selling them on the wrong time, I thought bitcoin would not be worth more in that days. When I sold them they started to increase, I really regret it, I'm even think about it right now... |

same here, but I do not even need one or two weeks. after I sold it at $ 390 a day. in the days the price rose to $450. really painful dude |

the biggest mistake for me.
i havent had any major mistakes because i just started this bticoin thing. Um but a few mistakes i know is gambling 0.3 BTC in one go and losing it.i feel sorry for that guy.
same with me  but i dont lose that amount,just less than it. but i truly sad when i lose my bitcoin because gambling,yes its a mistake for me,i feel throw my bitcoin to recycle bin,and i never hope to lose it again,but sometime i do gambling again with small amount  |

The worst mistake that you can made with Bitcoin is that you lost a lot of money or you bought it for a too high price and that is not good.
You must buy Bitcoin for a low price and that will be good for you. Then your chance will be higher that you can have some more profit later.

The only place we know our bitcoin are safe is at our wallets,i remember poloniex has been hacked in the past as i know,but now they returned with full power and maybe one of the best exchanges around.The first nightmare of all bitcoiners were the mtgox ,then josh garza and much more other projects that failed and took away several bitcoins. |

The biggest mistake I made was by selling my bitcoins on the wrong time, I'm still regretting it but it happened.

Ultimate mistake should be not involving in bitcoin in early days, but you were aware of bitcoin existence. This is something that haunts me. I could be rich now that I haven't deleted wallet at 2011 year.(it was empty any way) I didn't even read "white paper". I thought this is can be dangerous for security..
