Worst mistake you did with Bitcoin?

My worst mistake with the bitcoin was when I sold my bitcoins on the wrong time because of that I lost a bit of profit.
I made profit because of it but there was more profit to gain if I had held them longer.

We can prevent many mistakes if we find some time for education and investigating.
If you planning to invest money in something you at least must be aware of risks.
after you done it you must stay with strong nerves, with bitcoin you are never loser,
but if you sell it before time you can become one.

it was mtgox, then crypsty, who's next ?
there's the reason why i always do withdraw my coin from exchanger to my wallet after trading, every exchanger have possibilty to scam, due to the controll of the private key

After massive scam did by big exchanger like Mt gox and cryptsy it makes bitcoin trader hard to choose who must be trusted?
And your option seems nice to do, withdawing bitcoin after trade through our personal wallet so it could prevent another mistakes coming to store any amount coin in exchanger.

My mistake was that I bought it at a high price and that is very stupid. Now I must wait a long time to sell it with profit.
And that can will take a long time and that is not good. But I have patience and I will see what is going to happen with the value.

I think the new move will be towards decentralization, and the exchanges will have to be decentralized as well.

But sometimes it doesn't move the way like that. Good example is being a risk taker in Ponzi and HYIP. Yes they know the risk but still continuing to hug that service even for high amount investment. And other risk takers will told us they know thw risk but will cry after being scammed.

Also can applied to a gambler. He will piat here the worst mistake is he did gambled high amount in the past. And today he will try to get back the loss resulting to so much mistake.

Or. He could have put it in different sites. Divide it too each wallet exchange site or put the highest one in a trusted site. In case something happen you can still have some in those other exchanges.

Getting involved with Alt-coins, I bought tons of worthless altcoins that can not even be sold at the current time, Altcoin trading is almost impossible to predict and very close to gambling IMO.

Anyone got their own defeat/loss. Some are more clever and don't gamble a lot so while losing they don't lose hard..
I for one did lose in playing a ponzi. It was clearly a ponzi but juts hoped it would last long enough to pay me.. too bad for me..

yeah i had some serious gambling issues before too, i remember losing like 100 dollars and then putting all in to recover and i lost 300 more

now my only problems can be is losing private keys or sending my bitcoins to the wrong addresses

That's why the "patient" is very necessary for someone who is investing or trading in bitcoin. so he can be more patient when the price falls. so he could get a bigger profit

My worst mistakes are very bad. I sold it to early and I regret. I hope that more people will dont make those mistakes.

I have tried to do neteller deposit via bitcoin but sended coin with less fee thats why it take more than 7hours to go thourgh which neteller says declined but finaly they fix it after contacting both bitpay and neteller.
