It's about some kind of security and to be honest I don't think bitcoin can provide the security I need. Or at least the stability. I prefer to wait on a little bit longer before i take my salary from or in bitcoin. It's about timing and at this time it don't seems to be right for me.

I think security is to work in bitcoin is quite doubtful because you have to be responsible for all that you did in bitcoin, including working on bitcoin, you have to prepare and be responsible with all the possibilities that exist

I wouldn't want to quit my day job to go full time on bitcoin on the off chance that bitcoin becomes worthless(it's not gonna happen anytime soon, I can tell you that.) If bitcoin price were to skyrocket though, I'd probably sell some of my bitcoins into fiat.

You will not be rich, only those people who have balls to quit their job for bitcoin are getting the best rewards, sometimes we need to learn how to risk as that can only be the way to achieve our dreams.

Probably no because work is my daily life. It is the soul of the society in which you need to face some men and women to grow your personality in the industry you place. Bonding with your friends and co-workers makes you feel better than isolating to the other person. Therefore socialism is acquired to your life.

Why did you think that working in bitcoin will isolate you from society? It is just a job like any other job. I do not think it will take you so much time in bitcoin that you will not associate with your friends anymore. In fact, since there is no required time for bitcoin, you hold your time in your hands. You can socialize at the time you want and work at the time you choose.

it was real. if you work for a bitcoin, sometimes rare to socialize with friends. because I always feel happy to continue to be in front of the computer by making an easy profit. but sometimes I just take the weekend to go play with friends and family.

Then it is not bitcoin's fault that you are isolating yourself from society. You choose money over relationships, that is your choosing. If you are profiting in fiat, i guess, it will be the same scenario. There is no problem in working hard and earning more. You just have to find a balanced schedule where you do not miss work, socializing and improving yourself.

The main thing  here  is having a  proper  time management  which you could able  to handle  both things without compromising anything either social ,your work.  If you  have a hard time  on  handling both then  its your decision which thing you would choose that suits you.

Exactly and the best decision would be to go with both of them to multiply our income as bitcoins don't need full time behind it you can easily do it in your spare time.

But you can easily get tired because you do 2 jobs everyday. In my opinion, it's better to focus on 1 job. If you choose day job, focus on that and someday you can get promote in your job.
But most people don’t choose to have 2 jobs for fun most of the time is for one of the next two reasons, 1. They need the money and 2. They want to achieve financial independence.

I already did this! What is better - working in constrction company 8 hours or sitting in home and writing stupids on the front of your screen.. just ask guy with dirty uniform how much he earn per hour.. for few posts on Bitcointalk you can't earn that!

I beg to disagree. Signature campaign should not be use as your main source of income. You are comparing construction worker to posting here in bitcointalk - for your information, I am now in a signature campaign and my monthly earning is just enough to pay for my internet bill (although I am not using it to pay for my internet bill because I just use my income here to trading altcoins) but I know you get my point, right?

ya i think it is too early to out from day job only for signature campaign , no one know when signature campaign end , and we can't make it as main income
making signcamp as main source ovbiously couldn't support your life even you live in a 3rd country where evrything is cheap, you have to find other source to, i might agree agree with that guy to leave his job from contsruction company (if that job  is too hard) to the internet coz there so many way to making money from the internet, from advertising, trading, offering your skill and others just find your own best.

Yes we cannot expect a living only from income from signature campaigns as the payouts are limited and not too high, buf if you can manage to earn in different ways then you can afford to quit your job.
of course not, no one can make that much money even with the highest tear account, you need to do trading to get enough money

I agree trading is going to give you high amount of profit in bitcoin and if you are going to have big capital on it and you are going to be a full time trader for sure you are going to higher. And you are going to be familiar on how the market of trading goes and when you already memorized it already for sure trading is going to  give you a good source just like an employed person.
Well, if that is your passion then you will really grow in trading, that is not an easy job as many sees it because you need to abreast yourselves on the recent market news for you to be able to make the right decision and will continue to make profit in trading.

I think if you have Jobs becoming freelancer in bitcoin is become great choice, because you can adds money from bitcoin and you still get salary from your job. It is more safe for you to getting double money from bitcoin and from your real job.

Currently my earnings from bitcoin are not that much higher that I will leave my day job that is why I will like to stay on both like on bitcoin and on my day job. But as soon I become more expert in earning bitcoins and I will have a greater income from bitcoin then my day job then I will like to remain with bitcoin alone.
Inorder to be rich  save more bitcoins and to have a good future both are good you should do it and keep dreaming..
Its different to me because i have local business  and collecting bitcoin is one of the hobby..

The focus shouldn't be on getting rich with Bitcoin. Especially when you consider that the majority of the people hold less than 1BTC in total. How on earth will someone get rich from such an amount?
yes that is a fact that you can not become rich from holding only one bitcoin, if you really want to become rich from gambling you need to invest more and more in bitcoin, and only then it will be give you good income, to me you do not need to worry about your investment because bitcoin is a trusted investment and your assets will be safe here.

That is good, but it will cost much time to do both jobs. I think it's better to choose 1 from that, so you can focus on your job and you can get promote on your job.

yes freelance is the best choice if planning to quit day job finding your passion and enjoying it then receiving bitcoin as payment so if you get steady income from that freelance you can find more and more because you will be getting more time in front of your own pc the comfort of working inside your house and no pressure coming from the boss we kept yelling when you are not done with your assignment hahaha.

The title of this question is quite vague - because you just can change the mode of your salary from fiat money to bitcoin and you pass the question by answering yes. However, what I understand with this question is that you are completely quitting your day job in exchange of bitcoin endeavor that will be more profitable and not working for it like your old day job. Hence, if you quit your existing day job and work as freelancer to earn bitcoin, then it is still a day job.

It is just going to depend on how you are going to be a good manager of your time. Because I know some people that are doing both.

Working full time their day job and getting paid good amount with their salary but still they are working with bitcoin as full time/part time worker.

It is just a manner of proper time management.

The question was created because we want to know if we will focus on bitcoin and will quit our day job, majority of the people here are not earning a good amount of salary in day but in bitcoin they can get it even with a little time spent because there are many opportunities here to make money.

I will not easily quit my job if I have no assurance with bitcoin, right now I have not earn more money compared to my current job in day job so I would say quitting is not a wise decision, however I will consider quitting once I found the method to make consistent money here.

I agree and I think that's it's just the matter of time when we can make consistent money with Bitcoin. However if you have skills to do some wanted jobs right now you already can switch to Bitcoins completely. I'm sure many people make their living with Bitcoin already but unfortunately you and me are not among them.

I'm sure many people make their living with Bitcoin already but unfortunately you and me are not among them.
so true . many successful people pursue bitcoin. and finally left the main job for bitcoin.
Quitting my job for bitcoin is the last thing I do. Compared to a company I am assured the they still will exist and will continue paying me with salary. However in Bitcoin there is no assurance that they will give me an increase pay or big amount of money. For example when the dollar value of bitcoin increases some faucet payouts decrease their claim, I don't want my main income adjusting or rather be worser.
