Todays match between SA vs NZ was interesting , won the toss and batted first SA was slow in starting then they started the score, in between the batting was good that 300+ score was achieveable but at the end they were able to score only 283.

284 tagrget given to NZ to win. In the starting batting was slow and they lost first wicket in 5 overs itself, then 2nd pair done some good job but as usual middel order and the tail did not perform the game and at last NZ lost the match.

South Africa won the match and with that they won the series with 2-1

The only reason those odds will increase is if they are not playing good and are losing. And if that happens, then it wouldn't anyways be a good time to bet. In tennis I have seen an underdog win the first set and breaking serve in the second one, and the better player still being less than 2 on odds, and that time isn't the best time to bet on him.

I was thinking just invest equal amount on SL and India - which ever team wins we still make around 44% profit. I strongly believe match will not end in draw unless very bad weather cause match to abandon.

Betting at test match is much risky format when both are equally balanced than anything can happen suddenly, i will wait at least for finish of 1st innings of both than will decide to bet.

Yes what you said is correct, Ireland fought very hard till the end because Ireland total 7 wickets together scored just 14 runs but only the remaining 4 wickets put up so much total and gave a very tough time for Australia. Every one was thinking at one movement Australia may loose this match but some how the pulled the plug at right time to win this match.

Today the last test between India and Sri Lanka will start. Currently odds are become slightly better

SL = 4.2
India = 2.5 and
Draw also 2.2

It looks like this test match will be spoiled by weather - as per report today until late afternoon around 3 PM full thunder storm so very difficult to predict the results. Lets wait and see for may be another two days how match will progress.
