This is really a good sign for OZ that they are getting in form against the SL and batted very well for 534/5 . Yes the opponent is SL where now we do not have any top players as such in the team which SL used to have previously. Though SL have started well as well their inning which is 76 for no loss.

Srilanka lost their 1st wicket at 90. Thirimanne got out at 41. Till now, it's a good start though. Srilanka will likely to play good since it's an batting pitch. But at the end, this match is going to be either draw or Autralia to win. On the other side, WI is doing well in this match too. Maybe they will win this match too. England is really in poor performance.

If Sri Lanka can score 400+ runs then this match will be a definite draw. The pitch is too flat to bat I guess. And in the England Vs WI match, my bet is for WI. England is going to have another defeat without any doubt.

SL have lost quick 3 wickets at 123 runs and still trail by 411 runs. If things continue this way might be possible that SL might get follow on and OZ might need to bat in 2nd innings if SL did not perform well. Somehow they will require a 100 runs partnership from here to help this save the test match.

Looking at the pitch report it is doable. However in cricket anything can happen. I am just hopping to see a good test match not one sided boring test.

Guys I am having a feeling that Sri Lanka is going to bat well today. The first session will be crucial though. I would not mind to lose one or two wickets but if they can not lose any wicket then we will be looking at big score from Sri Lanka.

I took the opportunity on 1st day and put some chips on WI to win , it's looking good .
Also took a risk and bet on draw in SL v AUS match  with some spare bucks because the odds were too good and I still feel SL can put on some good score if they manage to get 2-3 good partnership going .

That's exactly what I feel, in this situation, I would be glad if they will make close to 400 since very poor batting display by Sri Lankan team. Sri Lankan players are talented but fitness issues have plagued Sri Lanka. All their key players are injured. Hope to see a good fight back from Sri Lanka, will score 400+ though tough to attain.

What an amazing performance by the WI today. They are now starting to look like a good team with some young talent. To beat England easily like they have in the two test matches so far shows that they are improving as a team and maybe become a great team like the WI of old. The WI have a very good young fast bowler Alzarri Joseph who looks to have a bright future and has strong mentality to be able to play after losing his Mother in the morning. The young man is going to be something special I think. Congrats to the WI on the win and also for winning the series.

I'm expecting Australia to declare very soon as they already have a big enough lead to win the match. Paine might be waiting to see if Khawaja can get his century as he is currently on 79 runs. It would be wise decision since they lead by 499 runs currently. But they still have enough time, you know its 3rd day only. Agree thay Paine is looking for century from Khawaja. He is in 92 now and will do the job within minutes, I think.

Final ODI between India vs NZ has begun and India was all out for 252 runs and NZ have started their inning with 21/1 in 5 overs. The match might make it more interesting if couple of quick wickets here will make it more tougher for NZ. Though India has already won this series but NZ will play for pride.
