If Juve can win their next three games they will automatically climb to fourth place and that will give them direct ticket for next season Champions League. But if this is all the punishment the will receive this season then there is big hope to climb to fourth place if they can keep their excitement high enough. really bad luck for juventus, after they struggled to get to 2nd place but in the end they were reduced to points again, facing empoli they had to win big so they could immediately rise to 4th place (shifting milan, atalanta and roma) I'm sure juventus will be able to do that in this match against empoli.

This back and forth from the Italian courts is bad. I am all for justice and enforcing rules, but they will try to defend against that again I guess and then none of the fans can either finally enjoy the success of their team or be angry about the failure. How often do they want to adjust that table and when? During the season, after the season. No club can really do any planning now because they may or may not be part of the Champions League due to some reorganizations in the table. They can still appeal the verdict at CONI if I am not getting this wrong. Nobody knows how long that will take. Zidane would never go there for that reason and any player considering going to Juventus will probably want a special clause implemented in their contract that they can leave if Juventus is not playing in the Champions League. But the transfer window might be closed by the time a decision is being made regarding any potential appeal.

Juventus won't like to play in the conference league, not after all that has happened. They might just decide to drop and appeal the case again. It's very unfortunate that these things are happening. It's creating a lot of uncertainties, not only for Juventus but for other Serie A teams.
The point reduction, if it stands, favors Milan. As horrible as they've been lately, they have gotten a chance to qualify for the champions league. I don't think their position is threatened by either Roma or Atalanta. Although Inter still have to play Juventus, I believe they'll still hold on to that 4th position, they've been given a lifeline and I don't think they'll waste it. Juventus have officially got a new punishment which is a 10-point reduction. In addition to that they got a horrible loss against Empoli today as well. Now they are even out of top six in the standings. From competing for the Champions League to this position... I guess this wouldn't also be the final decision about Juventus' point reduction. No matter what this season things haven't went their way clearly. They tried to do something in the Europa League but their performance was inadequate to even play a final game. I wonder if Allegri will get sacked for this or they will give one last chance.

I feel like Napoli is basically dominating the whole league as a joke now. Like they are already the title winners and still showing how good they are even after they guaranteed it, they didn't need to do that and yet they still did it, that's an amazing situation. I believe that it is definitely not a big deal, we all knew that they were the best anyway and that's how it moved on and that's what we are seeing right now but that doesn't mean that we are at a position where it can be considered acceptable for Inter though, they are at a rough place and needed to win.

All in all Inter focused on UCL finals anyway, they are going to play against one of the best teams in the world, one of the historically most dominant teams, and if Inter can win that, it is just a dream season anyway, no matter where they finish the season.

This is of course some real corruption.  I bet the judge has been paid to make a decision like this.  and why do they have to take away 10 points from Juventus? ? they could just find money and punish them that way. This is some bullshit going on ! !

I really do not think the players will actually want to stay in Juventus after what has happened this season. what is the point of staying in a team which is not going to play in the Champions League even after finishing in the second position?  But probably that's what those people who made this decision actually want.

The initial prediction was 12 points but it looks like it changed to 10 points for the final decision.
But indeed this doesn't change anything, especially when they lost quite embarrassingly in this match because the score 4-1 was completely unpredictable.

Tbis is happening again, their performnace decreased very bady after the decision. Well, the court decided to give the punishment again, reducing points. Juventus was in 2nd place, they dropped to 7th place now. And they also got defeated by Empoli today, I suspected it was caused by this bad announcement, too. I don't know why this point deduction must be announced before the match started, it was not the right time to announce it.

By the way, I am still a bit confused about the penalty imposed on Juventus. Should Juventus get 10 point deduction? Is there no other penalty option besides this deducting points? TBH, I don't think the deduction points deserve to be imposed by Juventus. If there are other options for the penalty, why don't to consider the other penalties?
