They have good fighting spirit and at the same time togetherness, a concrete DM and CB is all that's needed.

After 5 years of being acquired by Indonesian owners, I see Como is on the right track. And the Hartono brothers are not calculating spending with Como. In the transfer market this summer, the team has been generous in bringing in famous players. Although only a rookie in Serie A, Como is playing quite well in the early stages of the 2024-2025 season.
But this team has the additional weakness of being vulnerable away from home, and I feel like Como doesn't have enough strength to compete in Serie A. However, with Como's confidence, they are ready to face any team. They also got Alberto Moreno from Villareal but that won't be enough. They need a DM to win the balls and allow Sergi Roberto and Nico Paz to control the midfield more.
The key to defending well is not just having good defenders. While having good defenders is paramount, a good system and setup are also crucial, without that, a team's defence will always suffer. The way the team drops back and defends when they're too with the ball, the way they press quickly to make sure they win back the ball, and the way they close up every possible space when their opponents are with the ball all matter in defending.

Defending in football these days is not left for just the 4 defenders and DM alone. These days everybody joins in, just as everybody joins in on the attack. So even with the right defenders, they still have to get their system right.

Roma's biggest problem is in attack, they have a very weak attack. If the coach focuses on signing good attackers in the next transfer window, I think Roma will be able to finish in a good position this season. It is difficult for a team that cannot score many goals regularly to become champions.
