By the look of things I think Inter Milan will be Champions of Italy for another time this year.They have showed the best football and they have only one lost game while the 4 draws are mostly because of bad luck,they have thrown away a lot of goal scoring occasions during those games.In the latest game against Roma they showed a great football and they were superior in all aspects compared to a team which want to do something good like Roma.Sure there are 20 games remaining until the end but all the statistics shows them as the superior team so far in Serie A.

This season all the teams in the top three which are AC Milan, Inter Milan, and Napoli have the same chances of winning this League title. Because they are only one point separated then each other and all of them have shown some real commitment and good football. At first, I had Napoli in my mind but they have given up their position in the league because of some losses. Right now I think both Inter Milan and AC Milan have better chances to win the league title but I am still counting on Napoli to make a good performance.

It is still too early to draw far-reaching conclusions from the past games, because most of the championship is still ahead. Let's not forget how last year Milan also led at a certain stage, but still in the end their sworn friends from Inter became champions. For now, we can just say that Milan looks better and more stable than the other contenders for the Scudetto, but exactly the same thing a few rounds ago could have been said about a completely different club and this club was Napoli It's just that Napoli had a bad week and after a missed victory over Sassuolo, a defeat from Atalanta, which scored a good move under the leadership of Gasperini, followed.

Atalanta still continue to impress me a lot. Because they played one of their toughest matches vs Napoli away. And honestly, I was never expecting Atalanta to win this match. Cagliari drew 1-1 with Torino and missed the chance to get out of relegation zone. now Cagliari is 2 points away from 17th place Spezia and next match is away vs Inter where will very hard to get even 1 point.

No problem we have 22 games didn't play yet, everything change can happen. When I look at Cagliari's statistic, the team has never to win in the last 8 games, the last win versus Sampdoria, nothing too special even Joao Pedro creates a goal on the injury time to step a win. they have bad on defense, the Coach always changes defense formation for this to find the better but still didn't find it yet except is buying another defender.

There is a really great competition among the teams at upper positions now. After Milan won and Napoli lost last week, Milan are finally the new leader now. And as Inter won also, Napoli have gone down to even the 3rd position and Inter have taken the 2nd. Atalanta also started getting very close to all of these teams as the point gap is not too big with even the leader.

Top 3 are still in race for Scudetto and they are staying very closely with each other.

Atalanta are still showing that they are one of most interesting clubs in Serie A in last 4 years. Very impressive to see small club like Atalanta can manage to maintain their position in top range. They even manage to get 2nd or 3rd position sometimes. I think Atalanta growth in last few years is very sustainable. They don't join race of expensive transfers but focus on scouting for young, good and cheap players.

None of the top 3 teamd are invisible. They can all still lose a couple of games before the season ends. Napoli is just starting to experience a bad run of form. They seemed untouchable in the first couple of games but now, it's their point to lose points too. This season is an interesting one because there are teams contesting for the title and Juventus doesn't seem to be one of such teams.

All of them are not in a position of Juventus in last 10 years when they totally dominated Serie A. They are the beast in that period and it is very hard for other teams to beat them.

Even when Napoli has a long win streak in early of this season, I know they will lose it and fall into troubles sooner or later. With their resource, they can get troubles when their star players either lose best forms or get injured. For now, they are facing with a wave of injuries for their star players.

Inter Milan won Scudetto last season and their team have good experience to stay at top but AC Milan are different, they only join the Scudetto competition in last 2 seasons. Their players need more time to gain valuable experience to fight for title and stay at top under pressure from opponents.

Yes, I also didn't expect Atalanta to win, to be honest I placed a 2-2 draw in the Superbru tournament and also, only bet with the total goal option. I'm not sure which one will win but really can't choose if I have to choose Atalanta to win. Juventus managed to win by 2-0 against Genoa but they still don't seem very credible to me. Because I watched the game and Juventus' attacking players were just terrible when it comes to finishing. They wasted incredible amount of goal chances. Alvaro Morata can be one of the worst strikers ever.    He is very incapable of finishing even very clear chances. He needs to get better but I don't think that he will start playing much better than this in the near future. By the way, I must admit that I was delighted with Cuadrado's incredible goal from a corner-kick.

Actually in this match I don't think Juventus VS Genoa but Juventus VS Sirigu
Juventus seemed to be facing a Genoa goalkeeper in this match because their players didn't move at all except the goalkeeper.
27 kicks (12 on goal) is in contrast to Genoa who have never released a single kick towards the Juventus goal.
I can't imagine if Sirigu played badly in this match

Napoli will face a big Italian team in the coming weeks I think Atalanta can move up the table from 1st or 2nd position depending on Inter Milan, but I'm pretty sure Atalanta's game is quite competitive and makes them more confident with their game. continued to win at the beginning of the season until now had to shake because it was against a big team and if Milan had the same fate as Napoli it would be shifted too, Inter might be quite easy to beat Roma but Milan will not necessarily match like Inter Milan.

Their players are good and with Max, I am sure they won't be in chaotic tactics like with Pirlo. Max is experienced and already has his old tactic phylosophy.

Sirigu is one of best goal keepers in Italy last 2 decades but his career is covered by Gianluigi Buffon. He does not many chance to play for Azzuri. However, his ability was proven by his time in PSG. PSG don't sign their contract with Sirigu if they don't think he is a good goalkeeper because they are very rich.

Quite surprised the result of Roma vs Inter, the score of 0-3 was a considerable distance for Roma. In fact I think they will play a draw or Roma win. Maybe it was the injury factor that made Roma lose that game. Because if you look at the line up of matches there are some core players who do not play. That's what caused Roma to lose quality to Inter. As guests Inter even had many chances, they also had the ball. So that means mourinho has to find a way to make Roma have a good game between the core players and the upholstery.

Slowly but surely, juventus are starting to show their consistency lately in the league, to be honest at first I didn't think that juventus would be able to bounce back quickly after they had a bad phase at the start of the season, but now allegri's troops are actually able to return to their best form they are now and are starting to return to 5th position and if they are able to continue to be consistent until the end of the season it is certainly not impossible that they can get into the big 4 later.

Ac Milan currently top the standings with 38 points from 16 matches played, they are only 1 point ahead of defending champions Inter Milan and 2 points from Napoli at the moment, in my opinion, with a fairly thin difference in points, making the Scudetto competition very difficult until the end of the season, I think even though currently AC Milan has a capable squad but if indeed they want to stay consistent until the end of the season, they should have recruited some other players in January, because as you said if Milan are often knocked out of the top 3 near the end of the season.

AC Milan are improving and it is not bad to see they rejoin Scudetto competition since the last 2 seasons. They are big club and have good finance so if they can maintain their growth and keep appearing in Scudetto race in a few seasons, they will win it in future.

In Serie A now, it is easier than years ago to win Scudetto because Juventus are in downside and are not too strong in Scudetto competition. This give chance to other clubs exclusively AC Milan. If Milan can win it, it will be a great award for Ibra before his retirement.

I think even though currently AC Milan has a capable squad but if indeed they want to stay consistent until the end of the season, they should have recruited some other players in January, because as you said if Milan are often knocked out of the top 3 near the end of the season.

In this season, AC Milan show that they are stronger in a last one. In addition, their players are more matured and can face with pressure better than the last year. I think AC Milan will end this season with better result and it can be a runner up position at least.

As AC Milan fans, what do you think about AC Milan chances in the Champions League, will they be able to beat Liverpool, which is quite on fire right now?

I think Milan should focus on Serie A and stop losing many resources for Champions League. Their chance is small and opponent is Liverpool, not a weak team.

Basically after Allegri's return I was very optimistic that Juventus would easily become a strong candidate for the Scudetto again, but the fact really surprised me. It looks like Allegri is starting all over again because maybe the team's condition isn't what it used to be, but by continuing to get these positive results, of course, Juventus again has the opportunity to fill the top 4 positions. Just look at the awesome rivalry between the top 4 teams in the league table. There is only a four-point gap between the 1st (Milan) and 4th team (Atalanta). And Atalanta are 7 points ahead of the 5th team that are Juventus currently. Juventus have been obtaining nice victories recently and trying to get closer to the upper places every week. After a nightmare start, they are much better now. But they still don't seem very credible to me. In my opinion, the candidates for the title are Milan, Inter and Napoli.
