well, in 2 days we will know more about it.

Juventus did an appeal and the rumors are to give back the 15 points they removed, (with an irregular decision).

IF they will have back the points they will be 3rd.

If that happens and their points are returned then Juventus' chances will be much better, but I think the chances of their appeal will be less likely to win and as far as I know football is too strict with the rules that have been issued. Let's see how this decision will play out and hope it is right because we will see a great result for Juventus.

Its seems not over with Champion League ticket for Juventus because remaining 9 points from AC Milan and have 8 games left, indeed loss from Sassuolo last night. Current standing Juventus have 44 points and the latest Champion League spot is AC Milan with 53 points. Possibility for 8 matches left Juventus success win all games they have chance for latest champion league ticket.

In my opinion Juventus' chances in the Champions League are small, if you rely on the remaining matches in Serie A, AC Milan and Roma will definitely make the same target as Juventus, their current point advantage is also slightly bigger for Juventus to pursue. So a more realistic opportunity is to secure Europa League tickets and they still have the chance to catch Inter Milan and Atalanta

But the remaining few matches will make things clearer, can Juventus finish in the top five or not? If Atalanta manage to win against Fiorentina today then this is going to be really bad for Juventus. I might understand the loss against Lazio a little despite that bad performance but Juventus shouldn't have played that much bad against Sassuolo which led to another loss. However right now Fiorentina look like the better playing side against Atalanta. If they increase the level of pressure in the second half then they can manage to turn the match around. But actually Fiorentina don't have much goal left for this season so I still doubt that possible comeback. But who knows maybe they can do this anyway thanks to their amazing form in the recent times.

It's still halftime for both teams and I think even though Atalanta are already 1 goal ahead, the result is still not safe considering that Fiorentina have also had good performances in several of their matches. Maybe what will be unexpected is the comeback from Fiorentina and I'm pretty sure they can do it in the second half. Even so, the second H2H often ends in narrow wins for each team. But if Fiorentina fail to comeback then they will target a draw in this match.

Atalanta has been one of the best performing club in the Italian league in the past three seasons but their performance this season has been short of their standard because I was expecting them to finish the season in any of the top four positions.
If they had won tonight, they would've been just two points behind the fourth placed club. They still have some more matches play before the end of the season and with determination, a top four finish is still possible

Honestly there was a really deserved victory to be obtained by Fiorentina there but they couldn't. The goal expectation was a little over 2 but they couldn't score the winning goal anyway despite all that effort.

Atalanta had better even consider themselves lucky to get this point by 1-1. If they didn't get ahead first then I wouldn't have even waited for them to score a goal in this game. Because they had only one shot on target in the whole game. This was a really poor performance by them. Juventus can still keep their hopes up for taking Atalanta's position but it won't be easy at all. Because Juventus also have a bad form for a couple of weeks in the league.

It is a positive result for Fiorentina after all to get 1 point from Atalanta. Fiorentina didn't lose any of their 15 games in different competitions while Atalanta could barely win two games before losing again.. Such results made them at risk since Juventus aren't that far from them.

Obviously Juventus has a difficult obstacle to break into the top 4 because they are 9 points adrift of AC Milan who is in 4th place. Actually Juventus had the previous chance but two consecutive defeats made their chances of breaking into the top 4 even more difficult if the other teams were able to appear consistently  and continue to widen the distance from its competitors.

It is possible that Inter Milan can return to the top 4 if they are able to win victory after victory in the upcoming matches, because AC Milan has been less stable this season so Inter Milan can take advantage of this situation.

Roma and lazio are likely to be relatively safe for next week but consistency is needed to maintain the points gap with teams below their ranking.

I didn't understand that Inter will lose the match in today's Inter vs Monza match of the Italian League. I thought that Inter is ahead in the points table, so maybe Inter will win the match. But the players of Inter team could not score any goals in the match. Monza showed an amazing performance.  Both teams played very well in the early part of the game but Monza took the lead with 1 goal in the 78th minute. After that neither team managed to score another goal. In the end Monza won by 1 goal.

The reason why Monza can beat Inter Milan is not just because Monza had a good performance against this team but the main reason for this result was the poor performance of Inter Milan they had a good time for just a few weeks when they were in the second place of the table but recently they have an unstable situation and even in the games they won they have poor performance.

It was good enough to see atalanta was not losing against fiorentina. I did see how often fiorentina was attacking atalanta. Atalanta feels so difficult to create an attack against fiorentina caused by fiorentina was always able to dominate the ball. At least atlanta is still making the gap to the juventus even bigger even though that's only 1 point. Atalanta may be losing if its keeper has not been making so many good saves.
I think that if people were aware of how good fiorentina is right now. It was even able beating the big clubs in serie a. Atalanta can be considered lucky enough against fiorentina. Fiorentina may able to win europa conference league.

Meanwhile, Juventus and Fiorentina are also still fighting for European league tickets but surely one of them will miss it.

Juventus had only small aggregates against sporting lisbon while fiorentina is having big aggregates. Sporting lisbon known as a strong team.

Intermilan is declining so hard after UCL. It was still consistently losing the match. Intermilan is having a problem with the attacking line. Intermilan's attackers have no ability to create proper finishing. Lukaku is nothing right now. This gonna be a problem for intermilan.
The problem is there's no guarantee if intermilan will be winning UCL. That being said if the position of intermilan in serie a became even so bad. It's going down even further than before.

Intermilan may have good aggregates compared with benfica but if intermilan keeps performing like when it was getting lose streak and im sure that benfica will able to change the situation again. Intermilan is not so safe this time.
Inter had no choice other than winning the rest of matches to take 1 ticket to the UCL next season.

I don't favor in italian club winning UCL this season. It seems like that EPL and spanish clubs are leading the way right now.

Atalanta played very badly. I'm afraid they will lose their place to Juventus. They have to be in the top 6 to go to the European cups and they don't seem to be aware of it. They could not show any presence against Fiorentina. They did not draw a team image that deserved one of the top 6 places. Fiorentina deserved the win but had to leave the field with only a draw.
