As I said in the point you quoted, all parties without exception management must all be responsible because if it is said to be unfair, it is actually like injustice for players if you see the fault of management.

Wait, has this been officially announced yet? Regarding the Conference League, damn you are right here that that is a deal or would be a deal Juventus doesn't really care about. But the Superleague, wasn't Juventus considering to step back from those plans a while ago already? Or am I confusing that with something else. But it is an interesting option that you are bringing up here that Juventus signs a deal with the UEFA that they will never support any Superleague plans in the future. You were right from the start of last season like Nedved and Agnelli who wanted to sack Allegri on the grounds of poor performance but that didn't happen and it was they who resigned. I think Dybala should remain at AS Roma; despite being injury ravaged in his days at Juventus; Dybala has been able to find some form of rhythm in the AS Roma and he did have an excellent season in the Serie A too (by Dybala standards compared to previous seasons.)

Moving away from AS Roma would mean a new training regime, doctors etc; that could hamper his fitness a little bit. Dybala should attain consistency with AS Roma.

Yeah, I also read the news about Juventus. They'll not be part of the European Competition when it begins.
But if you ask me, I think it's a perfect one for them to make sure they channel all of them energy Into winning the Seria A. Allegri has been backed strongly by the management and won't be sacked. If they've been found guilty in any of these said, they shouldn't and wouldn't go unpunished. They deserve a two season ban for that if possible.

I read about AC Milan trying to find a good substitute for Giroud since he is getting old and they are trying to pick Alvaro Morata from Atletico Madrid or else Mehdi Taremi from Porto. I don't know at which step they are now but it is fondamental to bring a player that like the club and want to see it improving

Juventus will be competing without any burden next season. After agreement with FGIC and juventus is now trying to make everything clear by accepting sanction from UEFA for not playing in the competition.
I do put respect for juventus caused by it has admit its guilty. Players and coach have no choice other than accepting it. Im very happy if juventus will not get another sanction in the future. The club has received it all.

They fired Paolo Maldini and likely need more time for a new Sport Director. They even have to analyze their failed transfers in the last two seasons as by firing Paolo Maldini, they don't want to get more failed transfers like De Keteleare. They paid big transfer cost for the young player and he did not grow up in San Siro.

AC Milan will mainly use Giroud and Origin when they no longer have Ibrahimovic and Lukaku will not join AC Milan because he loves Inter Milan and he has never been treated badly by Inter Milan and Interista. I read about AC Milan trying to find a good substitute for Giroud since he is getting old and they are trying to pick Alvaro Morata from Atletico Madrid or else Mehdi Taremi from Porto. Usually we don't see AC Milan management spending huge amount of money to build the squad. But Serie A's big teams are spending big to strengthen squads. AC Milan management will definitely need to spend money and strengthen the squad if they want to stay in the competition. Giroud is now about 37 years old. The Milan management will have to find a suitable replacement for Giroud this season as well. If not, Milan's performance will deteriorate further next season. Morata could be a good option to replace Giroud.
