Florenzi was an old but very solid defender. Milan is lucky in this regard that the transfer window is still open. If the transfer window had ended, they would not have been able to buy another player to replace him, but they can act accordingly. Also, Milan's infrastructure has many quality players. Federico Chiesa has been a problem for Juventus last season. I believe he had internal issues also with Max Allegri who also dropped him on the bench at some point last season. Thiago Motta wouldn't want repetition of same case scenario when he is in charge so there's no harm discharging players you have no desire to work with. They jave been pre-informed before hand that they should look for a new club. It's the best waaybti for about it rather than keep mute only to leave the player frustrated on the bench.

He has been linked with a move to Tottenham Hotspur so far and it seem to be happening soon.
I don't expect too much also from Juventus but I'm sure they have a sound manager. We all saw what he did with Bologna last season. With the right backing and players, the old ladies would be gunning at the top again.

What Juventus needs is a big renovation in the squad. At least in some specific areas starting with midfield. How much have they done so far? Seriously i don’t just get it what Thiago Motta is after, he is building a Juventus team which had been in the mud or not been their selfs for the pasts three seasons now and Clearly he needs not just any players but the ones that are ready to stay committed and are experienced and clearly in Italian football today Federico Chiesa is just one of them, I don’t under why he doesn’t want the player and even at worst why he is not giving the player to redeem himself or rather play so that he can get suitors, except there is something internal maybe a issue between the player and the coach this treatment is bad seriously

Thiago Motta wants to create his own style of play, so Motta sold many players who were built by the previous coach, in fact they could not play well in the last few seasons and made Juventus slump, we just believe that the current Juventus coach Thiago Motta will do his best to restore Juventus' glory days.
