Federico Chiesa has been a problem for Juventus last season. I believe he had internal issues also with Max Allegri who also dropped him on the bench at some point last season. Thiago Motta wouldn't want repetition of same case scenario when he is in charge so there's no harm discharging players you have no desire to work with. They jave been pre-informed before hand that they should look for a new club. It's the best waaybti for about it rather than keep mute only to leave the player frustrated on the bench.

He has been linked with a move to Tottenham Hotspur so far and it seem to be happening soon.
I don't expect too much also from Juventus but I'm sure they have a sound manager. We all saw what he did with Bologna last season. With the right backing and players, the old ladies would be gunning at the top again.

What Juventus needs is a big renovation in the squad. At least in some specific areas starting with midfield. How much have they done so far?
