I believe Chelsea will regret this one,he is such a young and vibrant player,maybe since Chelsea donot so much believe in developing young players,they did not see the need to keep him,but anybody who is interested in young players would not see such talent and sell.

Kane at his age will not be ready to change to a new league. He has his all career in Premier League and it is easily for him to move to another big club in Premier League. Moving to a new league is risky because he might need more time to adapt to a new league, not only a new club. Bayern is the team that is the best in absolute when we see their history in Bundesliga,of course any new player of Kane caliber makes them much stronger but I have not heard anything for this move yet,maybe because not official yet.They are already leading comfortably the league despite being further away in the beginning of the league and this shows how this league is not of the strong ones,all the other teams except Bayern have not the budget,nor the consistency to be constant in their results,they are volatile and that is why Bayern almost always wins this.

With a terrible failure of Germanuly in World Cup, Bayern Munich will not have too good chance to win Champions League. They contributed so many players for Germany who had problems in World Cup. It will become problems for Bayern in Champions League too.

They are still competitive and belong to list of candidates but their position is not as strong as past seasons. Their strength somewhat is reflected on performance of Germany in World Cup. In addition, some big clubs have better squads than national teams but with Bayern, their squad is mostly similar to Germany squad already.

Kane can help them to resolve problems with Lewandowski, Mane and can support Choupo-Moting but he won't solve all problems of Bayern in midfield and defense.

Furthermore if they get Kane next year then they’ll be signing a proven goal scorer, but since he won’t come cheap I wonder if they’ll will target Jude instead because he’s an exceptional player and has Bundesliga experience too.

Not ready for what? They are already leading the league, and it is not easy to win UCL so they may lose that, who cares? As long as Bayern keeps on winning Bundesliga, and usually win their cup, and then go out of group stages of UCL and keep doing that every single year, without missing a beat, every year, then they will have financial freedom to keep the team at a good level to repeat that.

They already spent a good chunk of money to renovate the team, and I believe Kane would be just a useless money spent, and even if they do that, they won't need more players because that would be enough, their current roster is already enough if you ask me anyway.

If Dortmund had adopted the style of Bayern Munich they would have been doing well and also be a rival to Bayern Munich. Bayern Munich don't easily let their good players go until they have a good player that can be a Replacement unlike Dortmund.  Dortmund sells their players their important player's even without having a play that can be a Replacement.  Bayern style of management is quite different from that of every other club that is why winning the Bundesliga league is easy for them unlike other teams.
