Overall, Union Berlin has not fallen far from the top of the standings in the Bundesliga while. Especially with Freiburg who are in second place in the standings, where Union Berlin is only three points away at the moment in the Bundesliga standings even though Union Berlin is in fifth place. And in the rest of this season Union Berlin still has more time to get back up by trying to win a few matches even though it still feels very difficult to compete with the top ranking at the moment, namely Bayern Munich.

let's see what will happen to union berlin, will they return to their good performance when this season starts or will they continue the bad results. Last week it was announced that Florian Flick will be loaned out from Schalke to Nürnberg. Now another midfielder will also be loaned out. Kerim Calhanoglu. He will be loaned to SV Sandhausen (2nd Bundesliga) until the summer. At the age of 20 he can hopefully gain more playing experience there. So far he has played very little at Schalke. People are overreacting to Neuer injury and I believe that we are talking about something serious for him, and that is true but Bayern is not the type of club that can't replace a goalkeeper, we are forgetting that this is THE club in Germany and they will do amazing with or without him.

I personally believe that he is a good goalkeeper that is for sure, but Bayern could lose anyone, upemacano, goeretzka, mane, sane, doesn't really matter who they lose, if it is just one player then they wouldn't be doing badly at all, they will do great and wouldn't really be hurting. Also, as far as I remember it seems that in the past few seasons there have been moments when Neuer was also unable to play due to injury and also spent quite a long time, but the results still didn't make Bayern Munich get bad results in every match. I agree that Neuer is getting old and it's time for Bayern Munich to look for a replacement, because in my opinion Neuer right now is not very good at being able to keep clean sheets.
So yes, with Neuer injured this time it will be an opportunity for several young Bayern Munich goalkeepers or maybe they will bring in a new goalkeeper.

Cases like this remind me of Buffon at Juventus with his old age and at that time Juventus started looking for a goalkeeper to replace Buffon. Neuer's absence would be a big hit to Bayern Munich actually. Maybe his absence wouldn't change much thing in the Bundesliga. But I don't think the same when it comes to the Champions League. I can't believe that a player would go skiing during the season, that sounds like a very stupid thing to do and very risky, hell we have lost the great Michael Schumacher this way, he has been in terrible condition for over a decade because of this I think, or close to that. But, when we are talking about Neuer, somehow that sounds like a proper thing, because we know how insane that dude is, he has been insane for a long time and I am not shocked that he would do such a thing.
No professional player should be going to ski during the season itself, not even during off-season to be fair to make sure he doesn't get injured, but 100% not during regular season, that's a terrible decision, nobody warned him?

As long as his contract does not say that he is not allowed to do sport x y or z it is his own responsibility.
He is an adult and knows himself what the risks of skiing are. So he has to live with the consequences.
But just as an accident can happen while skiing, an accident can also happen while driving. And driving a car is not forbidden to the players. So where is the line drawn?
But that should be decided in the end by the players and the clubs.

The more they do unnecessary activities like travelling, party, the more risk they will have unhealthy body and over weight body as well as facing with higher risk of getting unnecessary injuries. Travelling too much will make body very tired and jet-lag impacts their training and performing in real matches too.

Union Berlin just needs more focus and consistency for the rest of this season in order to be in the best place even if not for the championship in the Bundesliga. Bayern has adapted the new situation in the club like the came of mane which has been changing the playstyle from bayern. The gone of lewandowski to the barcelona was also forcing bayern to try the the play style. i think that's a common thing when you were seeing a team like bayern got bad performance during the early of season but it's slowly able to get its rhythm. Bayern needs to be aware with the new player that would be changing the play style too. I think that berlin was doing pretty well during the early of season.

There are even more in the family. Hakan is the cousin from Kerim and he is playing in Inter Milan, as you said. Then there is another cousin Muhammed but he is not with any club. But Kerim indeed has a brother: Turan. He plays in the fourth league.
Both brothers have been coaching in the youth teams at Hoffenheim since 2017. But neither has made the breakthrough yet.

Maybe, this is the right time to replace Manuel Neuer's role with Bayern Munich. we all know, that Neuer is a great goalkeeper. his role with Bayern Munich is inseparable. however, as you said. Bayern Munich will still do great things with or without him. like what his predecessor, Oliver Kahn, had done when he was still a goalkeeper for Bavaria.

however, if we remember the injury suffered by Neuer which required him to be absent until the end of this season.
