What I don't understand is why wait for the end of the season. There is a team that continues its journey in two cups even though its chances have decreased. That iss a decision that I also expected. If they would already had the coach which they wanted, they would certainly have ended the contract earlier. 

But I do not see why should the team be playing better than the last few games. The players who can not work with Tuchel and do not likte them still have him as their coach.
