Leverkusen has to do better in this game. I can count about three times that Mainz defenders have slipped up and   Hofmann wasted about two of those chances. In one of those chances, Wirtz was in a more better position to drill it him but he took a go at it by himself and missed it. The second half is underway and I have my fingers crossed for Leverkusen to turn this around. Also, I have to say; the officiating so far in the game has been mehhh. It was almost looking like a war in the first half.

If my guess is correct, then they have set up a new record, Yes! That have indeed possessed that mentality of champions from the start of the season, I don't know if this is the doings of Xabi Alonso but anyways he's done well for these lads.
They're eleven points ahead now in the league standing, if Leipzig can slow down Bayern Munich then tommorow, it'll be nothing but case settled.

Those two goals indeed I'd say are beautiful. Granit Xhaka's celebration was also mind blowing. Such a beautiful celebration for a beautiful goal.

That second goal was the goalies blunder, he should have done better. This would not be taken likely amongst the staff's. Mainz fought back into the game but it's not how far bit how well.

Bayern Munich is a team that fights until the last second. There have been many games and championships in the past that they only won at the last second. Even if many people think that the teams mentality has changed, it does not matter. Because every team in the Bundesliga will also fight until the last second if they still can achieve something.
