I think this is the right step, why not choose Liverpool, because the pressure of the Premier League is very tight and always demands the title in every competition, maybe Xabi Alonso is not ready for that.

Newspapers will just write whatever they want to write and won't care about anything. If Alonso decides to accept Bayern Munich's offer, I think it would be a great opportunity for him to coach. He already knows how the Bundesliga works, so he won't have to learn everything from scratch. This experience will make his coaching journey much smoother and less stressful. While Liverpool might also be a good option, I personally think it would be better for Alonso to stay in the Bundesliga for a bit longer before considering a move to another league. Yes it makes sense if Alonso prefers Bayern Munich over Liverpool. The Bundesliga climate is very much different from the English Premier League so it might make Alonso's reputation not dim. I'm not sure if that's a wise move for Xabi Alonso to move to another team and especially another league right now. Xabi Alonso had perfect performance since he started working in Leverkusen and the Bundesliga but can't be sure if he can also have this good performance in the other teams. There is the chance for this coach to have poor performance in the other teams need this way we can say Xabi Alonso was a good coach but only in Leverkusen, not the other teams. now we are talking about another league and there you can see many different things compared to the Bundesliga which is not good for a coach like Xabi Alonso.

Ancellotti will stay on madrid and it's no longer valid to link him to the real madrid as there was still ancellotti which has been rpeviously extending his contract to stay much longer in the club. The only possible teams will be liverpool and bayern munich but i have heard that if xabi has been leaning toward bayernmunich instead of liverpool.

It seems like that bayern munich is fully ready in acquiring him as a new coach. Bayern must also pay around 22 millions to get him from leverkusen. Leverkusen was willing to see him stay for another season but it's unlikely to happen soon.

Liverpool are indeed in condition where they are really interested in bringing in Xabi as the coach who will replace Klopp next season, but this may not necessarily happen because we all know that Xabi himself has the desire to bring Leverkusen to new history with various titles.

Personally, I would love to see him end up as a Bayern Munich manager, for the next four years and he will have the chance to work with a good number nine, win the Bundesliga League Competition and also the Champions League Competition to boost his profile before finally leaving for Liverpool so he would be respected.

I think Xabi will focus more on developing a Leverkusen squad that can adapt to Xabi's playing tactics rather than having to build the same tactics for Munich. It's not like Girona where they are a mediocre team that is surprisingly able to compete at the top of the standings.
