Honestly I can't assume too early about Dortmund not being able to beat Bayern Munich, although yes I admit that the last two matches Bayern Munich performed very impressively against Mainz and Darmstadt but let's see that these two teams are different teams when compared to Dortmund and we can also see that Dortmund are ranked 4th in the standings which means that the victories achieved by Bayern Munich in their last two matches I think are quite reasonable because there is a significant difference in performance between Bayern Munich and Mainz and Darmstadt or that means Bayern Munich has a performance far above these two teams.

If Xabi Alonso wants to become a competent coach in the future then he must first prove his success at Leverkusen, after he is successful in managing Leverkusen then think about how to move to another club. Being an English league coach is not easy and you can see how Jurgen Klopp worked hard to build Liverpool and he only achieved success after being there for several seasons. He was lucky enough not to get fired so he could build Liverpool slowly and look at several other coaches who were only able to last half or only one season in the English league.

I am more interested in him moving to Spain because there the competition is not much tougher than the Bundesliga so it will make it a little easier for him to bring the club to success.
