I think Leverkusen is on the way to sec a record breaking in Europe for club with the most consecutive games without losing and so far they are at 40! How many more do we think we get until we see them dropping points and get a L ? Personally , I think they will try to end the season without a single defeat and they will also try to win Europa League + Cup but overall , this is super hard to achieve for any club not just for Leverkusen who is really on a god-like mode but for all the club in the world.

Bremen has a comfortable gap to place 16 with 10 points. They can actually be satisfied with that. But if I take a closer look, I can see that their last win were 6 matchdays ago against Köln. After that they only managed a drew one time and lost four times. But Franktfurt's performance in recent games has also been very mixed and there is no clear trend to be seen.

I just can’t wait to see the end of this title race and seeing Bayern Leverkusen lifting the title for the first time in their history since inception of the club more than 100 years ago. For a game well done deserve all accolades and appreciation for their perseverance and efforts throughout the league games, at this point, they are the most deserving of the league title. I wouldn’t care how they play from now till then, but their performance till date is enough for them to be crowned the winners of the Bundesliga title. They are not given up and can be seen from their winning streak and how they perform wonders in final minutes to still win matches. Frankfurt will be playing at home and they have a good record when playing at home in the last 5 matches they have played at home they have not lost so I think in the match against Bremen it will be very possible for them to win the match.
On the other hand, Bremen's performance is actually in a very bad state, they have never won in their last 5 matches and also the quality of the Bremen team has really decreased quite a bit in the second half of this season.

For now, maybe Bremen's position is still quite safe from the relegation zone, but Bremen also can't drag on in their downturn, they are only 10 points apart and there are still 7 matches left in this season which means that all possible bad possibilities are still possible for Bremen to face.

Werder Bremen needs to buckle up in this match and go for a win or at least a draw even though it looks very impossible for that to happen seeing the team they are going to be facing and their recent performance in the league matches which has been very outstanding. Werder Bremen should play safe at this moment now, for the matches that seems so hard for them to win, they can settle for a draw and if they can, they should go for a win in order to be on a better side before the end of the season. Yes today and soon we will witness the match of Leverkusen which is the strongest team in this season that will play away against Union Berlin. Whether or not it will be difficult for Leverkusen next season we don't know for sure whether it might really happen like the scenario you made or even on the contrary Leverkusen could be better next season even though they sold some of their players for transfer activities and or get better players to fulfill Xabi Alonso's strategy to be more involved in the Champion league next season, we don't know about this even though we can say that the system cannot be learned overnight but if one semester it is still very possible to adapt to new players.

This season, Bayern Munich have been poor in the German Bundesliga and considering how their current  number of points, it's almost impossible for them win the title this season and should they fail to win the German title this season, that'll be the first time in 12 years that will finish the season without a German Bundesliga trophy

Tuchel's presence in the team ought to make a significant impact to their endeavors all time and also Kane's performance needed to add a big advantage to them but so far, their recent games have turned out opposite of their normal and expected performance rate.
