After poor season under Thomas Tuchel, Bayern Munich management have reached agreement with the German manager to part ways at the end of the current summer which have made a lot of people peddle different reports about who might just be his replacement. When I read a report that Julian Nagelsmamm is one of the names that are being considered as Thomas Tuchel's replacement, I laughed it off because I knew it wouldn't be possible after the club sacked him in the middle of last season even when his team where still at the top of the German Bundesliga only to sign Thomas Tuchel who over saw an embarrassing elimination by Manchester City in the quarter finals UEFA Champions League competition last season. This season, Bayern Munich have been poor in the German Bundesliga and considering how their current  number of points, it's almost impossible for them win the title this season and should they fail to win the German title this season, that'll be the first time in 12 years that will finish the season without a German Bundesliga trophy

Tuchel's presence in the team ought to make a significant impact to their endeavors all time and also Kane's performance needed to add a big advantage to them but so far, their recent games have turned out opposite of their normal and expected performance rate. It'll only mean that their journey this season to a top spot is threatened and no one can say exactly if they'll be able to scale through it.

Yes, acquiring new players is essential to a team and with their caliber, they really have what it takes to go for the best of the bests. This season's experience should be enough for them to learn and react better to next season. They're an impactful team and so they should do their best to get whatever necessities needed for a good team outcome.

The rest they have to start again next season and hope to dominate the Bundesliga again.

The problem is that Bayern is not as optimal as last season. So there is indeed a decline in performance. And many parties blame their coach as one of the causes. Nowadays, people don't know the difference between facts and hypothetical. It's normal for teams or come for players from a team that has been able to achieve this kind of success in a season, even if they are not going to actually sell all their players buy then they will definitely have good offers on a few which they can't resist and they will sell especially with the fact that all these players were trained such that they weren't dependent on any one buy were on the team strength so invariably they are all in very good form too.

Leverkusen shouldn't be too quick to wanting to go sell off their players already as such will definitely havea. I am quite positive that Leverkusen will be able to retain their players after Alonso confirmed that he will stay next season and after it is safe to say that they will play in the Champions League. I think the choices that the players have to make is to leave a club that they have a guaranteed spot in the team or to stay and continue this great project with an amazing team and an amazing coach. They have lots of great players, but will these players have a spot in a team like Real Madrid or any of the other big teams? The club manager Xabi Alonso have confirmed he's going to stay at the club beyond the current season but he must try his possible best to make sure that most of those players that helped him achieve everything he's achieved and yet to achieve this season will remain at the club with him

I am quite positive that Leverkusen will be able to retain their players after Alonso confirmed that he will stay next season and after it is safe to say that they will play in the Champions League. I think the choices that the players have to make is to leave a club that they have a guaranteed spot in the team or to stay and continue this great project with an amazing team and an amazing coach. They have lots of great players, but will these players have a spot in a team like Real Madrid or any of the other big teams? Depending on how old a player is, I would stay for at least another year and enjoy playing in the Champions League with a team that I know so well.

If Leverkusen can win the Bundesliga title this season as well as the Europa League title and with such a big achievement this season they qualify for the Champions League next season and if their squad doesn't change too much then this team will do very well in the Champions League as well. They may have made a plan as soon as they finished last season on how to do well in the new season and they are performing according to that plan. Leverkusen's first goal was to qualify for next season's Champions League anyway, they began their performance with the goal now that winning the Bundesliga title is a much easier equation for them. Apart from doing well in the Bundesliga, this team is doing very well in the Europa League and with the list of the best teams in the Europa League, it is definitely possible for them to win multiple titles this season.

One of the reasons Xabi Alonso stayed at Bayer Leverkusen was to gain great experience and become known as a great coach.
Of course, this season Leverkusen is certain to win the Bundesliga title, but the UEL title is still uncertain because there are still 2 rounds to go through until the final round.
Regarding changes, there may still be slight changes to improve performance in the coming season and seeing that all Leverkusen players do not have any shortcomings, but I am sure that Xabi will still improve some players who look a little weak or maybe midfielders to strengthen the attack line and help the defense.
All of this is done just for the purpose of next season to play in the UCL and be able to compete with other top clubs. I hope Xabi can provide a better strategy next season if Xabi stays at Leverkusen for one more season and doesn't have the desire to leave yet end of this season.
