It was really shocking to see that Koln lost to Holstein Kiel 0-1 home and couldn't even score a goal. H. Kiel got a really really tight schedule and I thought they would be really tired and they would try to get at least a draw in the first game. Things are going to be really interesting in the rematch. Will we see Koln managing to stay in the Bundesliga? Or will we see a new team next season?

They also won first leg of this play-out clash, they have a very good advantage. They will finish this at home, even a draw is enough for them to advance. I actually expected Köln to win their match today against Holstein in the Relegation play-off, but it seems Holstein really want to play in the Bundesliga next season.

That would be strange if you work hard for a whole season and don't want to get promoted at the end That's why I'm not surprised that Kiel wants it so badly. Cologne was the better team overall in the first leg. Kiel only had two good chances and one of them was a goal.

One factor should not be forgotten. Kiel had several corona cases and therefore had to postpone some match days. Therefore, they had four more games to play than Cologne in the last 30 days. That could be an advantage for Cologne.

So the game finished and indeed Koln scored another goal few minutes before the end. Kiel 1 - 5 Koln, such a big humiliation after winning the first leg with 1 goal and having the advantage.
I think the better team stayed in 1.Bundesliga at the end and it was Koln

Holstein kiels play this season is hot and cold. They beat bayern 1-0 then lose to dortmund 5-0 this happened now in the battle for bundesliga with them winning the first match and losing heavily in the second match

Just like me, I said in the previous post also that FC Koln still has a chance to win in the second leg, so there are no surprises here. Not only that, because I also bet on FC Koln @1.90 and it was proven by the big win in the second leg it was clear that FC Koln was not relegated. I just believe FC Koln is still better than Holstein Kiel the difference is very clear, where FC Koln is better prepared for this kind of situation because they have learned a lot before with many big teams in the Bundesliga.

What the hell was that game, man! Oh my God! I was still believing that Koln wouldn't give up in the second leg. But this result was not an expected one for me. They totally erased Holstein Kiel from the field in the first half already and won 5-1. Congrats to them!

A great match. We have enjoyed a very interesting match. We saw 4 goals in just 13 minutes of the match. It is unbelievable that FC Koln will score 3 goals soo quickly. The match was very interesting and enjoyable.
