What an awesome playing from Cologne , damn and respect to them !
I thought that they will win this game against Holstein Kiel but im not expecting that they destroy them with 5 Goals.
Congratulations to Cologne for stay in the first league and play there next season again.

What the hell was that game, man! Oh my God! I was still believing that Koln wouldn't give up in the second leg. But this result was not an expected one for me. They totally erased Holstein Kiel from the field in the first half already and won 5-1. Congrats to them!

A great match. We have enjoyed a very interesting match. We saw 4 goals in just 13 minutes of the match. It is unbelievable that FC Koln will score 3 goals soo quickly. The match was very interesting and enjoyable.

Indeed, an extraordinary and surprising victory for FC Koln, even though I didn't expect FC Koln to beat Holstein Kiel with a big score. It was
a very entertaining match, I was also surprised by the creation of 4 goals in 13 minutes. Even though FC Koln's possession of the ball is only 40%,
but can score 5 goals, this proves the FC Koln attack is very effective. In my opinion, the man of the match was Sebastian Andersson who
managed to score two goals in the first half, makes player Holstein Kiel morale fall. Unfortunately on 76 minutes Andersson was replaced
by Dominick Drexler, even though if Andersson play until the game ends there is a possibility of scoring a hat trick.

I don't think FC Koln will be able to score 5 goals. Koln's players have performed really well. Five goals against a team like Holstein Kiel is really a big achievement for Koln's players. Holstein Kiel's players didn't get much chance to attack in this match. FC Koln's players dominated from the start of the match

It was more as an great game and playing from Cologne , this showed everbody that they really want to stay in the first league !
For sure nobody expecting that result and saddly Holstein Kiel passt it close , but thats the relegation.
Maybe they can make it next season if they keep playing like they have done this season.

Holstein Kiel Seems Exhausted and now frustrated, Koln has been relegated 6 times and every time they do they seem always been safe and their game become very amazing, unbelievable that Koln have managed to done it again, but the thing is Holstein seems defensive on their first-round that is why it is unexpected but maybe Koln is analyzing their opponent in the first game then they will surely attack and show their true color the next game for certain teams to have put down their guard for Koln to give their best.

Koln was as the edge of getting relegated for the Bundesliga, Losing to Holstein Kiel in the Relegation play-off leg 1, had to win in the 2nd leg in order to escape Relegation and probably play in the Bundesliga next season. Which they did, they won the 2nd leg with an amazing 1-5 score. Making it an aggregate of 2-5. Victory for köln. I initially thought Holstein was going to either win or draw the match, I wasn't expecting Koln to put up such an amazing performance. They indeed surprised me.

Koln deserved the win. From the moment they walked out of the dressing room, they had their eyes focused on the target like you saw from the opening minutes where we had them go 1-0 before Kiel levelled up. They didn't take their foot of the gas and got rewarded for their dominance in the first half. The first 10 minutes were insane. Their win just reminded me of a team that lost their first UCL knockout rounds leg only to renounce stronger with a strong performance just like Koln did yesterday. Congrats to them for qualifying for another Bundesliga season.

Congratulations to Cologne for stay in the first Bundeslilga. But I also feel for Kiel. They lost the decisive game, but actually they deserved to get promoted. They have won 18 games and Cologne have lost 17 games. Kiel played an outstanding season and in the end only one game decides....I don't like the relegation games.

I agree with you about the relegation games. I prefer leagues where the last 3 teams gets automatically relegated, like EPL, La Liga and Serie A.
The team that messed it up the whole season and missed its opportunity to stay in mid-table at least has to quit and let its place to a new one.. But to be honest I find Koln way better than Kiel, yet I preferred to see a new team in 1.Bundesliga

Yeah I meant relegation play-offs games. True, having 2 more games will generate more income, yet it isn't that fair for 2.Bundesliga team which has less money, less top players, less experience, but managed to pick the 3rd place and normally gets promoted to first division in other leagues. Anyway football = money first then entertainment..

a new beginning with markus beginning ( Markus Anfang ) 

i think werder bremen has got a good coach. he has already done a really good job in kiel. he is a likeable person and i hope he will be more successful at werder bremen than in cologne.
bremen must have paid darmstadt a good sum of euros, because normally Markus Anfang would still have a contract until mid-2022.
now we can only hope that this money is well invested.

Bayern Munichs Alaba will play next season in Real Madrid , guess this will be a crazy match if they playing against each other in a Cup.

@Lafu I feel that fans will respect Alba for what’s he done for the club, and now he needs a new challenge hence it’s fine if he decided to move on. Furthermore I can’t wait to see him with Ramos in the lineup, and most importantly will they be able to coexist peacefully, or will their egos clash it’ll be interesting to see.

VFL Wolfsburg has a new coach. Mark van Bommel replaces Oliver Glasner, who has left to Eintracht Frankfurt.
Van Bommel also brings former Bundesliga players with him, Michael Frontzeck and Kevin Hofland.
