I think it would be good for Bayern Munich to be able to focus more on the opening match against Monchengladbach this weekend. Again, Bayern Munich remains the favorite despite playing away, even though last season's head to head Bayern Munich lost 3-2 away against Monchengladbach. Well, I think this opening match will still be interesting and I'm sure Bayern Munich won't be easy to win here, because it's the opening match I think of course the home team will fight hard to get points even though the result is a draw.

Starting first few weeks is always a trouble for big clubs, because normally they are expected to win at all times, and yes they do end up losing a few times over course of a season, but at the start they are still expected to win whereas they end up not being like that at all, they end up being a bit disorganized and that is the main cause of the losses at the first games.

I feel like Bayern is a lot better than people expect them to be at the start, let's face it German football is a bit more machine like compared to other leagues and they will not be disorganized like let's say a Spanish club, but it is still a very hard thing to come back after a summer break and still be good like you were at the end of the season, plus there are so many changes from manager to players as well so there will be some getting used to period for them as well.

I totally agree there is a chance that Gladbach can be aggressive in a game and can still dominate the score even with Lewandowski on the team, The team of Gladbach is a formidable team that should not be underestimated by Bayern, but Bayern Munich have some new faces that can be an additional asset to the team, but even though Bayern can possibly lose to a Gladbach game, I still support Bayern all the way, as well as Dortmund and Leipzig, These 3 teams can be a formidable team that could make it to the finals, in my opinion.

There are two games which I think they will be very competitive and delightful on the first week:

Monchengladbach - Bayern Munich
Dortmund - Frankfurt

For the first game, I think that Bayern Munich are closer to getting a win. They still have a very strong squad. They haven't made much change in their lineup. It was rumoured that Lewandowski could leave the team for Chelsea. But Chelsea ended this speculations by signing Lukaku. So, I expect Lewandowski to start the season well and score in this game. I think that he will have a big role if Bayern manage to win. But we shouldn't also forget that Gladbach are a tough opponent especially in an away game. They defeated Bayern 3-2 in the last season here. I'm favoring Bayern in this and they should play against their opponent very carefully.

When it comes to Dortmund - Frankfurt, I'm favoring Dortmund in this one. Haaland was another player who was rumored like he would join Chelsea. But it hasn't happened. And Haaland started the season great. He made a hat-trick in the DFB Pokal game of theirs. I think that he can score at least 1 or 2 goals in this game also. Frankfurt are a tough opponent but I think Dortmund will make use of playing home and defeat their opponent.

It is still discussed in the media which player should replace Benjamin Pavard in the opening game against Gladbach. Bouna Sarr is a right defender so he would be the perfect replacement if you just look at the position but Sarr delivered pretty disappointing performances in the last season and even in the preparation games for this season he did not really play a big role so i would guess that Niklas Süle will start instead.
I also think that the chances for the other teams to win the Bundesliga title are higher than in the previous seasons. Bayern is still the big favorite, but if they are having a bad start into the season then everything can happen.

Now we can say it, holidays are over, the Bundesliga starts again on Friday 13th. Nagelsmann's Bayern Munich will challenge Hutter's Borussia M'Gladbach during the opening game. The Bavarians were crowned champions of Germany last May, winning their ninth consecutive title. Now they will defend it from the attacks of Leipzig, Dortmund and all the others. But, if you ask me, Bayern Munich wants the tenth consecutive title, it's gonna be hard for the other teams to make it in the first place.

I think Munich will remain the favorites in this match. Although in a friendly match recently Borussia Mönchengladbach won 2-0. While in the official match in May, Munich was able to win 6-0. It seems that in this opening match all the players are in good health and ready to play. But Munich must be careful because it will play at the opponent's cage.

Besides that, I still look forward to them winning the league next season.

Yeah i have seen the game between Gladbach and Bayern Munich and we should not count on it as there was not a lot of players from the main Bayern Team playing.

I don't think Bayern took the Friendly match they played against Monchengladbach serious. Because they also lost their friendly match against Napoli. Bayern may win their first season match. However, it will be a tough match because, Monchengladbach is not a weak team. They will also try to beat Bayern Munich, because is their home match. But, the both teams will score in the match, that's my prediction on the game.

If Gladbach is able to score first against Bayern Munich, it will be very difficult for Bayern Munich to win this match. Because if Gladbach can score first, then they will not be interested in any more attacks. They will play completely defensive and will only resist Bayern's attacks. The games Bayern had all friendlies, they didn't have any proper games so far and I do not think that they cared about the friendlies as much as we imagine they would, yes it was definitely a proper opponent, Napoli, Ajax these are all good teams but they didn't care about these games at all because they were friendlies and the only reason they do those games are trying to see strategies and see how the team fits them plus gaining some match shape and that’s it.

I believe when the real league starts, they are going to be so much different. Plus, their new manager Julian was the manager of RB Leipzig las year and managed to make that team nearly fight for a title for a while, Bayern then increased the difference very quickly but they were there for a moment, and definitely overachieved compared to expectations, so I do not think that manager will be a problem.

Dortmund are incredibly strong with Haaland now. And he's already started the season awesome in their DFB Pokal game (he scored 3 goals). This guy is just playing insane! He is literally unstoppable. And I expect him to maintain his great effort in this game also. With the help of Haaland, I think that Dortmund can win this tough game maybe with a 2 goal difference.

Exactly they was playing with the second and in the the second half with the third squad.
And yes in a soccer match all is possible and specialy on the starting game of the season.
Normaly Bayern would be win the match with the players they have , but nobody knows if we will see the same Munich as last year with the new coach.
