This is just an insane performance! Chelsea must be sad that they couldn't manage to sign him this summer. But they have Romelu Lukaku now though.    He is another great top striker.

Haaland really just creating this legendary career from early age, dude is only 22 years old if I am not wrong and he is still considered one of the best finishers in the world right now, sure there could be few you can name but I am sure everyone have him at the top or about. The weird thing is, I wouldn't expect a player like him still being at a club like Dortmunds level, I would have expected him to be paid insane amount of money and bought by some other team.

I understand that it is not really that weird to see him still on his first "big" club if he was a bit worse, but this dude had his foot in 5 goals yesterday, last season he was only behind Lewa and that's a guy who broke a record, that's normal to be behind him. I would have bought Haaland with whatever I have, sell some of my big names and still get him if I was any other team, pay 200 million if you have to, this is a guy who can score for more than 10+ years for you, what else can you ask from a player? When will you be able to get a player like that ever again? So every big club should get rid of everyone and definitely get him.

They beat Frankfurt very easily, 5-2. And Haaland contributed to the team superbly. Dortmund will beg him not to get injured. He is performing extraordinarily.

Haaland is the powerhouse of this Dortmund team. Not just the season but also last season. It was easy for them to let Sancho go but fight very hard to keep Haaland in their team. I bet we'll see more of him this season if he doesn't get injured too often. Not the best of games for both Bayern and Leipzig but I reckon they will bounce back hard in the next few games.

I really hope to see either Wolfsburg, Dortmund or Leipzig go head to head for the Bundesliga title this season and get to win it too.

Well there were many surprises in this weekend after we saw the defeat of Lille ,Arsenal, followed by City and Leipzig today and who knows what Barcelona will do... . Anyway, in Bundesliga the first games are always tricky as teams who knows that they stand no chance for first places they will try to push hard and those who knows that probably will fight for relegation spots , they will fight even stronger to take points.

Well resumed! Gunners defeat was the most shocking for everyone since it was the first then surprise, surprise and another surprise in this weird weekend! Even Barca collapsed at some point at the end of the game and received 2 goals, they were lucky to kill the game with a late goal. Basically La Liga matches until now were without surprises.

Very exciting match, FC Koln is now lead by 3-1. Now 74 minutes of match time is over. Since Koln is ahead now they can easily get 3 points if they play defensively. Florian Kayes scored two superb goals in the 52nd and 55th minutes to give Koln a 3-1 lead. The first half was a 1-1 draw.

Hertha gonna be in trouble this season too tho, losing vs Koln which suppose to be a direct rival in the relegation zone (according to last season) shouldn't be an option.

If it hadn't been for the epidemic of COVID-19 and the financial problems of the big clubs that followed, I think that Haaland would have already been in some super club. Also im not happy to readed that Cologne changed the game against Hertha Berlin and there match with 3 : 1.

It's a very impressive start to the season for Dortmund and  most impressive  start for Erling Haaland scoring two goals and creating chances for his teammates. He definitely deserves the man of the match that he got, i hope he can maintain performance all season long.

Bayern Munich could have done better, but its better they drew the game and secured a point at least than a complete loss, the team has a lot of quality and i am certain that they will pick up momentum and improve performance in their next game.

Dominating possession does not mean that victory be easy to get, and it was proven when the match between Leipzig vs Mainz, actually Leipzig started the match quite well but unfortunately the strong defense made by Mainz players made it difficult for them to score goals even though they were able to create many chances with 2 including shot on target, in addition to a solid defense, the appearance of a pretty good Mainz goalkeeper was also a major factor in the victory of Mainz in that match in my opinion.
Leipzig's next match looks like it will be a tough match because they have to face VfB Stuttgart who just won 5-1 against their opponent Greuther fuerth.

I have to admit that the key to Borussia Dortmund's monstrous 5-2 win over Eintracht Frankfurt in the first match of Bundesliga is all in Haaland's performance. I have criticized the player in the past but he seems to be a real star, I was wrong about him. I still don't think he's worth all that money but he is undoubtedly an exceptional player.
