It looks like Leipzig are going to secure themselves in the third position in the near future so I wonder which team will manage to secure the fourth position, Leverkusen or Freiburg? Freiburg have always been a surprising team in this league as they can still be a competitive team despite not having a very great lineup. But I feel like that Leverkusen won't lose their place to Freiburg at the end of the season. They are one of the good teams of this season and they deserve this position too.

Both teams currently have very tight competition to get the last slot for the champions league zone next season, have a difference of 1 point in the league and their opponents in the remaining matches are both quite balanced, of course it looks like the top 4 position will be determined at the meeting of the two teams in the match the last week of the Bundesliga later,  but so far I may believe more if Freiburg will get 4th position at the end of the standings because I think Freiburg performance is still better than Leverkusen.

This week might be a good chance for Leipzig to close the gap up with Dortmund more in the standings. Leipzig are taking on Union Berlin on the same day with the Bayern Munich - Dortmund game. And they are going to play before this game too. I believe that Leipzig can beat them up in this game as well. Because they newly played against Union Berlin in the DFB Pokal semi finals. And Leipzig eliminated them by winning 2-1. They have the psychological dominance over them and they should be able to make use of it here as well.

^ Well, they can try to close the gap with Dortmund. But I highly doubt that they will be able to actually compete for the second place.
Because the point difference is quite high and I don't really expect them to get past Dortmund this season.
And I also expect RB Leipzig to win against Union Berlin. really should be an easy match for them. and that should lessen the points difference between them and Dortmund.

Leipzig still has a lot of work to secure that third position but with 2 more wins it will be 100% probobly. Also for that fourth place i see Leverkusen honesly instead of Freiburg. Leverkusen has good players that can make that happen while Freiburg i think not have that quality for that champions league spot

I'm feeling excited about the der Klassiker in Bayern Munich's stadium. Maybe Bayern Munich would still win the league title but I'm just going to enjoy a good rivalry in this game hopefully. I hope to see at least three goals in this game. And there is a feeling like Bayern Munich will win by a one-goal difference only. It might be 2-1 or 3-2 as I think that both teams would score at least one goal easily. And it would be nice to see Lewandowski and Haaland both scoring too.

With a performance like now I'm even sure they can safely stand in that position.
Their opponents who can be said to be difficult are Union Berlin and Freiburg, the rest I don't see any obstacles there.
but on the other hand they also have to stay focused because indeed they are also still being overshadowed by Freiburg and Leverkusen now at least they can't be overtaken by these two and secure the Champions League comfortably

The coach needs to meet the terms of his players to sign and renew their contracts with the teams. As for Robert Lewandowski, he is yet to extend his contract with Bayern Munich and rumours has it that he may leave the team at the end of the summer. Bayern Munich Is on streak winning this season,  they hardly drawed games at home. Their rivalry this season, Borrusia Dortmund, which is the only team that is trying to compete with the Bundesliga giant for the title, perhaps Dortmund fate will be decide on Saturday when they will face Bayern at the Allianz arena. The fixture would be the most tough game in their league, they are the only team that is always garantee to qualify for the champions league this season even if they are in their worst form.

It could have been an important game, but now it's more like a friendly game with nothing left to decide anymore.

I am surprised that those are pretty one sided in favor of Bayern. THis doesn't look like a game between equals as the ranking would suggest. It's almost tempting to put some money on Dortmund to draw or win, but then again, while I hope this will happen, I don't really believe in it

I agree. Both teams are not stable. The last games of both teams were very mixed. There was no clear line to be seen. Wolfsburg is 6 points away from place 16 and therefore needs a win. Mainz will not be able to achieve anything this season more. They will not be relegated and will not reach an international place. So a draw is more likely.
