It's sad the fact that in the Bundesliga only Bayern are focused on chasing trophies, while the other teams like you said are trying to make money from selling players. Especially Dortmund who almost every season sell their star players, even Dortmund often sell their star players to Bayern which is their rival. Actually the Bundesliga team does not only need investors from the Middle East, but several Bundesliga teams, especially Dortmund have to change their policy regarding the issue of player transfers. Dortmund have to start retaining the stars they have, even if they have to sell it, don't ever sell it to a rival team. I'm sure if the player transfer policy can be improved, Bayern will have a strong competitor. Because the Bundesliga becomes uncompetitive if only Bayern wins the trophy every season.

I have to say it's clear to me that Bayern is not the only one chasing, but they are the only one who has the finances to achieve it. When you win the league 10 times in a row, it's really not that easy to overthrow a team that has won that much and earn that much.

Bayern managed to not only win the league that many times, but they won the cup plenty of times, and also went to champions league many times and also won it as well, in 2020 they did sextuple as well. All of this equals to a lot of money and that allows them to get the best players from any team they want, they could even overpay and still get those players. Beating that is very hard.

I don't think Stuttgart will be able to get out of the relegation zone because the points difference is quite big between them and the team above them. if they want to get off the relegation zone they will need to Keep winning and makeup 4 points difference that they have with Hertha.

Hertha has been playing well in recent times. they have won 2 matches back to back. that is going to give them a confidence boost. But they need to win some more back-to-back matches if they want to stay away from the relegation zone.

VfB are currently struggling to get past the relegation zone but it doesn't look like that will happen, Davie Selke's quick goal in the 4th minute really took everyone by surprise. looks like this match will end with Hertha berlin's victory.

Hertha won 2-0 in the end. This battle is pretty much decided then. Hertha is (almost) safe. Well, their game next week against Bielefeld is of particular importance, but if they manage not to lose it, they should be through.
Stuttgart has fairly difficult games in the next weeks, amongst others they still have to play Bayern, which is like an insta-loss. Bielefeld has a game versus Bochum in two weeks, where they could hope for a win, but they are pretty far behind Hertha now. All they can hope for is the 16th rank

Congratulations to Bayern Munich on their great victory over Dortmund. And they totally deserved to win the Bundesliga title in this season also. Dortmund tried to fight back against them but it wasn't good enough for them. They should have showed a much more passion to win the title. Dortmund are still having serious problems especially with their defense now. If they don't improve their defense by new transfers, they would have a problematic season again. I know that they reached an agreement with Süle already but it isn't enough.

And with the loss of Leipzig, to Union Berlin, I was quite surprised by it aswell but that is it Leipzig seems OK with Ball possession, Passes, and pass accuracy, but Union Berlin has the most shots and shots on target to get most of the goal and win the game, well maybe this is it for Leipzig and just like the other teams they are OK even if they lost the game and they will just come back next season stronger.

I just love German football the atmosphere is amazing. Too bad that the cup season is over now. The Penalty was the turning point in this match. Actually, Nkunku used his elbow to push the defender to catch the ball. I would have been really looking forward to a final against Freiburg. These are huge "Ifs". Leipzig plays in Gladbach and Freiburg in Hoffenheim. Hoffenheim hasn't been playing well lately but they still have some hope for the Euro League qualification. In the other game, I doubt that Leipzig will lose there. I see Leipzig coming out 3rd, Leverkusen 4th and Freiburg 5th. It might be that Leipzig, being distracted in the Euro League and the DFB-Cup won't reach the 3rd rank, in that case they would switch with Leverkusen I think.

One thing I am sure about is Leipzig next match against Rangers is a sure win and will keep their chances of finishing the bundles Liga as forth even higher.  Freiburg is already ending fifth and currently they are two points below Leipzig the chances of switching position is high but the reality is slim
