Union Berlin maintained their chase on Bayern Munich. Because they got a really important win against Leipzig today. This was a hard-fought win for them though but actually Leipzig weren't as good as I expected them to be. Union Berlin took this chance very nicely and beat them by 2-1. Maybe things would have been more different for Leipzig if Nkunku was able to play.

Union Berlin are really a team to admire now. They totally deserve this title competition until the end of the season.

The Union Berlin's victory against Leipzig was very remarkable. They seized the chance and showed they belong among the Bundesliga's best teams. They were able to maintain parity with Bayern Munich despite the absence of Nkunku by achieving a narrow win. It was a very interesting match. This week, there are many predictions that I missed. Previously I was optimistic that Leipzig would win the match against Berlin. the way the game went, Leipzig controlled the game with 64% ball possession, had 10 total shots, two of which were on target and only one they could convert into goals.

But in fact Union Berlin managed to turn things around, with two goals in 11 minutes and won with a final score of 1-2 over hosts RB Leipzig in last night's match. With this result, Union Berlin again stuck closely to Bayern Munich at the top of the Bundesliga standings by one point. the following week, it looks like Unoin Berlin has an easy game against FC Schalke. but after that, Union Berlin has an away game against Munich. and this fight, is the real test for Urs Fischer's troops to fight for the top of the Bundesliga standings.

In fact if Union Berlin had not been on the decline at the time then I really believe by now we would have seen them top of the table. However, it's a shame they had declined so that they wasted a lot of points and made them have to be eliminated from the top 5 in a few weeks. But now they seem to come back again and apply pressure again. Even though the situation has changed, if they can be consistent then it is not impossible that they will be at the top again.

Freiburg against Stuttgart, I think this match will be easy for Freiburg. We know that currently Freiburg is in 6th place in the standings after they lost 5-1 against Dortmund in their previous game. Certainly in this match they have a target to rise to the top 4 again. Meanwhile, Stuttgart is currently in 16th place and almost touching the relegation zone. My prediction is that Freiburg will win in a landslide with more than 2 goals.

There was a bit of a surprise in this match because Freiburg had quite a hard time facing Stutgart's defense, which was quite tight, fortunately there were 2 penalties that saved them in this match.
On the other hand, I am quite happy with this result because I saw them actually, even though I bet quite confidently at the end of the first half, luckily the results were very good.

Indeed, this match can be said to be almost even and the two teams performed quite well, I bet on Freiburg winning, but I also feel a little nervous because I thought they would lose this match but luckily Freiburg got 2 penalty kicks and at the same time closed the score with their win. Hopefully this victory can be a good capital for their next match later.

It's great indeed, Union Berlin again has a very close gap with Bayern Munich who are at the top of the Bundesliga standings. I personally hope that their point gap will continue to be close because if that happens, then the determination of the team to win the title will still occur until the last match later and of course it will be very interesting.

I also think that yesterday it was a very lucky win for Union Berlin and to be completely honest, even though i was a completely neutral spectator of that match, i kinda hoped that RB Leipzig would win yesterday. Not because i like RB Leizpig more than Union Berlin but simply because i think that RB Leipzig probably has the biggest chances to give Bayern Munich a good fight for the Bundesliga championship this year. I just don't think that Union Berlin can stay up there until the end of the season. Borussia Dortmund is very successful after the break so far but they also were very lucky especially in the first 3 matches after the break. They won all of them but they could have also easily made 3 draws there or even have lost.
