I think Guirassy will go to the EPL or La Liga. At €17.5 million, this is not too expensive for this player. Guirassy's stats are very good, he only lost to Kane for top scorer. Guirassy became an important player in Stuttgart's revival and managed to enter the UCL and ended up in number 2 in the Bundesliga last year. What worries is Stuttgart's condition after he leaves, Maybe Stuttgart will find it difficult to find a replacement like him. Guirassy has decided to stay in the Bundesliga much longer than before. He will not leave the Bundesliga. It surprised me, as I had never heard of his interest in joining Dortmund. The only bad thing is that many of Dortmund's fans disliked this transfer.

I dunno what the reason is, but probably due to the he was a part of Dortmund's rival.

Maybe he is not a fans of one of the teams from the bundesliga so he missed the information about the transfer, but that doesn't matter your information is very helpful to some people.

And regarding Dortmund fans who disagree a little with the transfer, maybe that's true if only because of the rivals of their favorite team but in the long term, Guirassy is a player who can help Dortmund who have had difficulty winning the bundesliga title. This is good for Dortmund. Because this is potentially a big investment that they have made. They have signed him for only 17.5 million euros. If he maintains his scoring productivity here as well, I see no reason for him to increase his market value from 40 million to a much higher level. In the future in case of a bigger team starts to be interested, Dortmund might be able to sell him for at least 60-70 million in my opinion. 

In the meantime, I believe Guirassy will play an important role for Dortmund to be competitive in the Bundesliga.
