This has to be one of the cheapest transfer so far over the window recently, I don't think I have seen such "cheap transfer" in recent times. Guirassy is a good player and as the highest goal scorer in his team that amount feels too poor but he's destination isn't a bad one and again just like always, Dortmund gets these players cheap only to later sell them off and make good money off them after the proper grooming which they will be getting, most likely he going to be the next of the best in line that Dortmund will be producing and obviously he's wearing the number of some best Dortmund has produced in recent times.

Yes the 18 million pounds fee for Guirassy is surely a cheap price considering the cost of strikers in the today market and the fact that is he just right at the very top of strikers in the Bundesliga right now but there was a reason why Stuttgart had to let him leave for such amount. First his transfer fee to the club wasn’t that much and that earned him a release clause of around 26 million pounds for buy out clauses, this was supposed to be triggered in January this year and no club came so it expired with the striker’s contract also set to expire in by January next year Stuttgart has one thing which was to just offload him for any reasonable amount and the shocking thing was not so many top clubs were forth coming due to his last season injury woes and Dortmund 18 million pounds was the highest bid that the club got and he to agree the deal.

This isn’t one of the only shocking transfers I will say I terms of fees because even Halaand to Manchester city from Dortmund is also one of them. This fees are usually when the selling club doesn’t have clauses to pay to the player’s old club or when they include bonuses to the contract it increases or reduces the amount to be agreed for the player respectively

I expected Heidenhaim to steal some points from Borussia today but I was wrong.
Decent game by Heidenheim though, they proved they're not pushovers, they created some chances and scored twice, but that was just not enough. Dortmund was just a level above. Judging by today's performance, I expect Heidenheim to finish at the top-half of the table, but unlikely higher than 5th place.

Burussia is now a temporary leader with 7 points after 3 rounds, but will most likely be overtaken by Bayern, Leipzig, or both tomorrow.

Heidenhaim was promoted to the Bundesliga last season and now they have won in the last two matches so for me this will not be a surprise because Heidenhaim won against a good opponent whereas against Dortmund it was not strong there is a possibility that against other teams Heidenhaim will lose again.

So I'm not sure if Heidenhaim will finish in the top half of the table when the first half is still too far away for the promoted team to go further because we know some of the teams in the Bundesliga are a little bit tighter especially Bayern and Leverkusen.

Now what I'm watching now is whether Leverkusen will be mighty again like last season? It seems they have already suffered their first defeat.

I am more confident in a win for the Dortmund team than a draw for both of them in the match, because Dortmund who will play at home will definitely try to win even though Heidenheim itself will also try to maintain its position at the top of the standings by getting full points from the match.  This is the first loss for Heidenheim and I'm hoping they don't lose their fighting spirit and continue getting good results because we know how some of these smaller teams can be once they play against a side that is way stronger than them, they can start losing confidence and go on to drop points in their next games but I'm hoping this guy's will be different.
 For now the league sees Dortmund at the helm but that will be a temporary rule cause games if those teams who have games tomorrow like Bayern and the rest, end up winning, Dortmund would return to where they were at fourth place.

Karim Adeyemi became Dortmund hero with two goals and one assist, the additional three points made Dortmund top the standings with seven points from three matches.

Conceding two goals is certainly not good for Dortmund, Nuri Sahin needs to improve the quality of his defense to make it difficult for opposing players to score goals against them. This victory is a good capital for Dortmund who will face Club Brugge in the first match in the Champions League.

I think people weren't wrong, well you know Leverkusen was nothing but they proved if they're very strong in the last season. So people think that Heidenheim might could be like Leverkusen because they've win streak. Honestly Heidenheim looks very potential, they just got promoted from Bundesliga 2 to Bundesliga in the last season and they can finish at 8th positions.

There's a possibility they can finish top 6 positions in this season, even they lose but they can still give a fight.

I am happy that Dortmund won, because I bet on Dortmund to win. However, Heidenheim's overall performance was better than Dortmund's in the last two matches. However, the Dortmund team is more experienced than Heidenheim. And that's probably why they were able to win against Heidenheim.

Heidenheim won their first two matches and performed well. Even losing against Dortmund does not mean that Heidenheim performed poorly. Heidenheim performed well in this match as well. But their defenders had several mistakes. Heidenheim's defenders will need to perform better if they want to do well against the bigger teams. Perhaps we will see more improvement in Heidenheim's performance in the upcoming matches.
