Heidenheim resisted, but conceded a penalty goal at the last minute and lost 4-2.
Dortmund used its field advantage well.

I am now counting on Dortmund among the Bundesliga title contenders alongside Bayer Leverkusen, and Munich.

Dortmund has much better players than Heidenheim. So besides playing at home, the quality of Dortmund squad makes them to have a higher chance winning the match. Moreover, you can take a look at the current score in the match now, Dortmund is leading with 3 goals and Heidenheim just scored 1 goal. Dortmund also won't be able the stay at the top of the table for long as Bayern Munich will be playing Holstein Kiel tomorrow and they're expected to win therefore returning to the top of the table as they have won all their 3 opening games. The fight for the title in the bundesliga always favours Bayern Munich.

Even though this game was easy for Dortmund to win but I applaud Heidenheim for netting two goals in this match, it shows they got good strikers and from what I see in the team they are gonna go far in the Bundesliga because the Bundesliga is one of the leagues that scores numerous goals in their matches and as a team if they can score the possibility of winning will be more clear so for Heidenheim to still show Dortmund that even though they won them but they made a little impact in the game because they almost equalized after Dortmund was leading by 3:1. The both teams just conceded their first goals in this game so it shows they are both strong teams despite Borussia Dortmund being stronger.

The match between Holstein Kiel and Bayern Munich is a sure winning game for Bayern Munich so now that Heidenheim has dropped points against Dortmund, it is obvious that Bayern Munich will climb to the top of the table after winning Holstein Kiel. So Dortmund should enjoy there temporary lead for now while waiting for the results of Leipzig match against Union Berlin and Holstein Kiel against Bayern Munich, so between Bayern Munich and Leipzig, any among them that drops points will lose the top of the table to the other that will win their match as they are both having 6 points from the last two matches they played.

I expected Heidenhaim to steal some points from Borussia today but I was wrong.
Decent game by Heidenheim though, they proved they're not pushovers, they created some chances and scored twice, but that was just not enough. Dortmund was just a level above. Judging by today's performance, I expect Heidenheim to finish at the top-half of the table, but unlikely higher than 5th place.

Burussia is now a temporary leader with 7 points after 3 rounds, but will most likely be overtaken by Bayern, Leipzig, or both tomorrow.

Heidenheim I already knew that they will not be able to win dortmund because dortmund look very promising this season and their is no way they would have just defeated dortmund easily from the beginning to already knew that dortmund was playing angrily that their players were all participating incredibly before the first half ended they have already scored 3 goals and that is a very rear thing to that we can find clubs doing scoring three goals before first half. Winning in an opening match is not a big deal but how you can manage your performance in other coming games is what matter, and when you win you will always have that confidence and think that it is going to continue that way.  A good squad is what is going to determine the and also show the projection of how longer you will go like the kind of performance that we saw from dortmund to night shows that they are getting back gradually. As i predicted that finally Guirassy can make his debut with Dortmund but unfortunately he still unable to scores in this match but i assume he only required more time to adapt considering this is his first match with Dortmund this season and just like people at here predict that Dortmund is really showed their domination today and we can see it based on their statistics and this make Heidenheim playing under pressure during the match and the situation indeed very difficult especially after Heidenheim conceded 3 goals in the first half and this makes Heidenheim is very hard to bounce back and today apparently Adeyemi is the man of the match because he was make a brace

 I must commend the way Heidenheim played against Dortmund and even though the three points didn't go to them, they still put up a great fight and as much as I didn't expect Dortmund to get away with four goals, I didn't equally think the visitors would produce two goals for that matter.
 This is the first loss for Heidenheim and I'm hoping they don't lose their fighting spirit and continue getting good results because we know how some of these smaller teams can be once they play against a side that is way stronger than them, they can start losing confidence and go on to drop points in their next games but I'm hoping this guy's will be different.
 For now the league sees Dortmund at the helm but that will be a temporary rule cause games if those teams who have games tomorrow like Bayern and the rest, end up winning, Dortmund would return to where they were at fourth place.

Without taking anything away from Heidenheim, I never for once considered them a major contender for the German Bundesliga title this season or did I ever think they'll be able to finish in the top four of the German Bundesliga at the end of the season after they won their first two league games of the season to go top of the German Bundesliga table before the September FIFA international break.
Today against Borussia Dortmund, Heidenheim proved my my assertions about the absolutely right by losing 4:2 to Borussia Dortmund. Heidenheim might have a better campaign this season than they managed last season but I don't consider them a strong force in the league.

Today's match was his debut match although in 72 minutes of the match he still could not give a goal in his debut match but I think this is still very good for Guirassy because it is just an adjustment to make the same contribution in the last season then this will be beneficial for the future that he dreams of later.

Well, it's good enough, but in the future, the demands on him will definitely be much more than this, at least scoring a goal. This has to be one of the cheapest transfer so far over the window recently, I don't think I have seen such "cheap transfer" in recent times. Guirassy is a good player and as the highest goal scorer in his team that amount feels too poor but he's destination isn't a bad one and again just like always, Dortmund gets these players cheap only to later sell them off and make good money off them after the proper grooming which they will be getting, most likely he going to be the next of the best in line that Dortmund will be producing and obviously he's wearing the number of some best Dortmund has produced in recent times.

Yes the 18 million pounds fee for Guirassy is surely a cheap price considering the cost of strikers in the today market and the fact that is he just right at the very top of strikers in the Bundesliga right now but there was a reason why Stuttgart had to let him leave for such amount. First his transfer fee to the club wasn’t that much and that earned him a release clause of around 26 million pounds for buy out clauses, this was supposed to be triggered in January this year and no club came so it expired with the striker’s contract also set to expire in by January next year Stuttgart has one thing which was to just offload him for any reasonable amount and the shocking thing was not so many top clubs were forth coming due to his last season injury woes and Dortmund 18 million pounds was the highest bid that the club got and he to agree the deal.

This isn’t one of the only shocking transfers I will say I terms of fees because even Halaand to Manchester city from Dortmund is also one of them. I think people weren't wrong, well you know Leverkusen was nothing but they proved if they're very strong in the last season. So people think that Heidenheim might could be like Leverkusen because they've win streak. Honestly Heidenheim looks very potential, they just got promoted from Bundesliga 2 to Bundesliga in the last season and they can finish at 8th positions.

I am happy that Dortmund won, because I bet on Dortmund to win. However, Heidenheim's overall performance was better than Dortmund's in the last two matches. However, the Dortmund team is more experienced than Heidenheim. And that's probably why they were able to win against Heidenheim.

Heidenheim won their first two matches and performed well. Even losing against Dortmund does not mean that Heidenheim performed poorly. Heidenheim performed well in this match as well. But their defenders had several mistakes. Heidenheim's defenders will need to perform better if they want to do well against the bigger teams. True, it was not easy for Leverkusen to repeat the record this season and in the end the unbeaten record ended in the 2nd week, I see a change in Leverkusen's defense in the last 2 games because they always concede even 2-3 goals. If you watch their match in the first week then you know the win came from luck towards the last minute the same thing in the last match Leverkusen got unlucky conceded in the 90th minute well, our focus is not on the last goal but they have already conceded 2 goals previously.
