After 5 league games, Eintracht Frankfurt are second in the German Bundesliga table with just one point behind league leaders Bayern Munich. The truth is that not many of us would've predicted such outcome at the start of the season. I'm beginning to wonder if Frankfurt will be able to maintain their current momentum and results or if they'll soon be sent back to the mid table. Do you think they'll be the dark horse in the Bundesliga this season or are you of the opinion that they don't have what it takes to finish in the top four of the league table? I was surprised at the score line by Frankfurt today, how they went from 3 goals down to winning by 4 goals is something I really couldn't phantom because I was only expecting a draw at most considering they were already loosing with such gol difference already, getting to the second position a d having Bayern Munich at the first is a very good one, it shows they have hopes of making it to top four by the end of the season, but my concern still bothers within Leverkusen, I just hope they will be able to come up to defend their title by the end of the season or in worse case a decent finish around the top four positions wouldn't be a bad idea for them.

So if they really want to stick to Bayern Munich, they must be able to take advantage of the situation. I was rather surprised seeing Frankfurt conceding goals from Holstein Kiel. Holstein Kiel fought for almost seven years just to get out of relegation and return to first Bundesliga. I really didn't expect much from them this first season playing in Bundesliga. I actually expected the come back from Frankfurt and they did it. Frankfurt is supposely competing for the league and not expected to lose games against team like Holstein Kiel. On the other hand, Holstein Kiel is improving day by day despite being the last on the table but I don't think they'll be able to maintain their stay in the league if nothing change. I believe they're still learning but they shouldn't relax. If they survive this season, they will definitely add up to their squad depth.

Bayern has been tested today and they show how strong that they are because they took possession of the ball all through the match. It was juat that they didn't create a good chance of scoring the second goal in order for them to win Leverkusen.

Leverkusen is not an easy side as Xabi Alonso is a good coach who saw how Bayern was out playing his men in the first half, he had to immediately change his game formation from 3-5-2 to 4-4-2 after the first half break in order to lessen the pressure that Bayern was mounting on his players. It was a goalless second half and the game ended in a 1-1 draw.

Bayern Munich ball dominance isn't enough to win the championship this season, I thought they could do more by scoring a lot of goals against Leverkusen this season, considering how they've dominated their opponents this season and the Leverkusen has not been in the top form as last season. However, the Bundesliga will be a stronger competition this season than we expected, because Bayern was unable to defeat Leverkusen in their first meeting at home, I will not consider them the title winner at this time because the season has only started.  Xabi Alonso is an experienced manager who changed his formation because Bayern Munich put a lot of pressure on his players, and if he hadn't used his experience, they would have lost the entire points due to the way Bayern attacked them in the second half.

Yes, it was something very unfortunate for Hoffenheim, and of course many would not have thought that in the end they would lose after previously creating many advantages through several goal differences, I think it seems that Hoffenheim was too confident that they would be able to get full points when they had created three goals in the first half so maybe they continued the game without being too serious which in the end caused a disaster.

Dortmund winning yesterday sounds like a good weekend start off for the Bundesliga this season which i will say should be considered a morale boost for other big teams in the Bundesliga to wanting to win their games too so they can be able to see their selves at the top of the table and probably maintain their good positions already especially for the game between Leverkusen and Bayern Munich later today. other fixtures for today appears quit interesting which one wouldn't want to miss as they have been between big teams and aswell equally average teams amongst themselves, this is one of such weekends i will consider a super weekend in the German Bundesliga Leipzig is another team i have some expectations from considering the inconsistency in their performance since  this season hoping they are goin to do better starting from todays game.

Dortmund's victory yesterday really shows that Dortmund is a big team. For a team to equalize after being two goals down and then win the game later, it takes a big team to do that. And it's not even all big teams, but those that have a very good attacking line. When Bochum scored the two goals, I was thinking that Dortmund would also score and eventually win. But when Bochum added the second goal, I never thought Dortmund would be able to win the match. All I was thinking yesterday was that even if Dortmund were lucky, they might only get a draw. But to my surprise, they later won the game 4-2. I was really happy because I had bet on them to win, and at first, I thought my bet was ruined. But in the end, I won!

Leipzig's performance has really improved compared to their form last season. Leipzig have not lost any game, despite playing against strong and average teams like Leverkusen. For a team to remain at the top of the table now, they'll have to be very serious with their performances as any of the top five teams can go top when the leading team underperforms. Before, it used to be Bayern Munich dominating while Borussia Dortmund try to catch up but now, Bayer Leverkusen and others are also competing for the league title. To think that Hoffenheim lost their home league game against Werder Bremen yesterday even after leading with 3 goals is was very shocking. My biggest surprise of the seasons is the Frankfurt team who are looking like they will be giving us some last season Stuttgart vibes and as such. The game against Bayern Munich gives them the opportunity to actually declare their intentions, if they get point off this rejuvenated Bayern Munich side then we might be looking more into Frankfurt staying higher than we imagined.

I still think Bayer Leverkusen are serious contenders to Bayern Munich although I don’t rule out most of the clubs out with even Heidenheim my biggest wild card to actually finish in the champions league. But the club have lowered my expectations on again this season is Borussia Dortmund who o still think aren’t going to be formidable as othe two Bayern Munich and Bayer Leverkusen, they have same points with the latter but they haven’t been convincing to me and as such I don’t see them on this form winning the league

From the number 1 team on the table to the very number 6th position on the table will have to be very serious in any game they play and any team that drops point will have to struggle back up,  

This two teams stands out to be the most exemplary teams in the Bundesliga now and their efforts to remain at the top has been paving ways for them to be the best in the leaderboard so far. The defending champions as well as the previous champions are going for a big rivalry this time around and that was what gave birth to the result we are seeing in their recent head to head match. Bayern Munich and Bayern Leverkusen will most likely win the Bundesliga again this season. The other teams in the top six now can try their best too, but my point of choice is still with this two teams because they stand the best amongst the other teams in the league now.
