Dortmund has just qualified to the playoff stages after overcome Shakhtar Donetsk in champion league and now finally they will have new coaches which i think this is good news for them but probably Niko Kovac will in charge for next weekend which mean Mike Tullberg still handle Dortmund when they met Heidenheim this Saturday but compared to Nuri Sahin i think Niko Kovac is more experience because previously Niko Kovac train Wolfsburg for 2 year and he was also an assistant coach at Bayern Munich in 2019

I would agree with you that even though Bayern Munich are at the top of the points table so far this season, they are not guaranteed this position or they could drop down. Leverkusen's performance was not good at the beginning of the season and they were at the bottom of the points table but later on they performed well and gradually managed to bring themselves up the points table. Leverkusen is now the second team in the points table and this team's points and Bayern Munich's points are almost close. Bayern Munich don't have multiple finishers so if they lose a match they are more likely not to score so I would say that it is difficult to actually win titles in tournaments like this depending on one.

As there are still many matches ahead, there will definitely be changes in points based on performance. 
And if Bayern Munich don't perform well, it now looks like their position could go down.

Not safe yet, yes their position is not safe with the points advantage they currently have, because they could slip at any time and at that time Leverkusen might be able to take advantage of it very well and shift Bayern Munich at the top of the standings. Even there some splitted opinions about Niko Kovac in the past , i guess he have a lot of experience for getting Dortmund and the Team back on track.
The interim coach Mike Tullberg for now has done a good job , specially that they have won in the Champions League yesterday.
I really hope that Niko Kovac bring some new spirit and euphoria to Dortmund and that will get them some wins in the future.

You are right Bayern Munich odd is too small to use because it will not even give anything if they win Holstein Kiel, since we are sure they would win is to find other way the odd will increase a bit, though the four goals you think is still nice but someone could be betting on a faulty odd, so perhaps from three goals will not be far from Bayern Munich attaining because they recently won three goals plus on the two previous matches. Bayern Leverkusen also have the potential of two to three goals depending on them but they shouldn't over nurture the match so that Hoffenheim will not win them as they did on Borussia Dortmund.

Hoffenheim were able to hold Frankfurt to a draw in their last game I am still thinking the same scenario might play out against Leverkusen because I see Hoffenheim as a team hungry for points to improve their standing. Leverkusen still remains the favourite but I'm trying to check out possibilities from both ends also considering that Leverkusen can decide to be unpredictable just as they drew against Werder.

Bayern should be a confident prediction even though we know football can come with surprises but one can be more confident in Bayern getting all three points against Holstein than Leverkusen defeating Hoffenheim.
