Ok but if your nonsense was true, how is it then possible that Bayer Leverkusen won against Bayern in the DFB Pokal and how is it possible that Bayern couldn't beat Leverkusen when they played the last game against each other in the Allianz Arena? Did you say both times that Bayern will surely win the game? Then this  means you would have been wrong 100% of the time with your predictions. Since yous said that they have not shown any signs of weaknesses throughout the season and I will add that Leverkusen did show such signs and they had weaknesses when they last played against each other, how is it possible that so far Bayern could not beat Leverkusen when you tell everyone the opposite?

However, to compete strongly in the Bundesliga it seems that it will be quite difficult to happen again, because in previous seasons Dortmund always competed at the top of the standings but this season they are struggling in the middle of the standings. They sell their star players too often, maybe this is what makes them always fail to become champions and can even slump like this season.

Niko Kovač started his work in the Bundesliga as Dortmund coach last game and I must say that in my opinion Dortmund is bad in defense and the mentality of the players seems to be weak, just look at the nonsense that Julian Ryerson did in the last game, Julian Ryerson and defense. Yeah, currently they are in the 11th position but 7 points separates 11th spot from top 4 in the Bundesliga which is actually realistic if they improve more than this and start winning games. If Dortmund is consistent enough from now till the end of the season, mathematically, thy can actually finish in top 4 in my opinion because the that spot is still open for any serious team.

You are thinking in the same direction as me because I find it surprising how Borussia Dortmund will be this strong in the Champions League but somehow weak in the German Bundesliga.  Assuming they can maintain the same energy and form, they would have been better positioned in the league. However, I noticed they have been picking up form even in the league matches and I know they can build on that and see how they end the season.

That is literally what I thought and against stronger opponents they need some game luck. When they were able to score two goals against Real Madrid, it was as well because Real Madrid wasn't playing well. In other words, Dortmund can do something against those teams when they have a good day and the strong opponents have a bad day. The second half time against Real Madrid has demonstrated what is going to happen if they play their very best and Dortmund can't counter it anymore.

I said it before that I think Dortmund still lacks quite a bit of quality players. They can play great football as a team, but sometimes you need a superstar who can come to the rescue. For Real Madrid it was Vinicius Junior in the Champions League game who turned everything upside down.

What I also noticed is that the Champions League results cover up things they are doing wrong in the Bundesliga on a weekly basis. For example against Sporting now, if they repeat that game a couple of times, I think Dortmund will lose it because Sporting had great chances in the first half but wasn't able to use them. If they did, Dortmund would have been down 0-3. In the Bundesliga those significant weaknesses are revealed all too often both against weaker and stronger teams.

Even though Bayern Munich has played well all season and is 8 points ahead Bayer Leverkusen is still strong team that could cause problems. Just because Leverkusen lost to Wolfsburg and fell behind in points it does not mean they will give up trying to catch up. Also football is game where unexpected things can happen and sometimes teams that are not expected to win actually do. Last year, Dortmund was not very good in the league but they played perfectly in the Champions League. This year, they did not have a bad performance in the Champions League. The game they played against Real Madrid was also very good, but they lost the match due to very stupid decisions. After seeing the game they played against Real Madrid, I understand that they really prepared for the Champions League. Also, this magnificent victory they got against Sporting Lisbon in the first match shows us how important the Champions League is for them. I think Dortmund is one of the surprise teams in the Champions League.
