we didnt, as the site itself was offline for 30 mins max. I have noticed that some renters have got gaps in their graphs. Once they open a ticket i'll check with the old server db and if it was running then no refund will be given.

Noticed that some people's DNS takes quite a while to update. mine updated within 10 mins while 1 renter i helped earlier today hadnt had his DNS updated for the server in over 10 hours.

The my rigs and my rentals buttons are in the sidebar under my profile.

The theme isnt currently changable, However i could attempt to find a middle ground. I assume its the graph colours you dont like?

Before, you could go to 'My Rigs' and 'My Rentals' with just one button, and did not have to click on 'My Profile' and then the other selections. This doens't work well with smaller tablets and phones. If you can put those buttons back on the top bar again, that'd be much better for everyone.

The graph resolution is way lower than it was before. Although by looking at it, could be due to the pastel blue color and thicker outline on the top of the lines. Just looks weird.

The overall colors of the site are too pastel. Looks like a Kid's learning website  Cheesy (My Kids go to those , so I know). LOLOL

So now unless you're in the top 50 rented rigs, you have to pay 3% fee AND a 1% transfer fee for withdrawing?
To pay for a rental you have to fill up the wallet, or can you pay as before directly per order? Is there a TX Fee for deposits?
Starting to get expensive over here.

I see, im more of a fan of the lighter colours and most people i asked preferred them

Regarding Fees:
 - 3% fee just like before, 0.0001BTC tx fee for withdrawing, (goes to the network not to us)
  - To pay for a rental you have to fill up and then order and no tx fee for deposits


I'm working on some more ideas to eliminate the tx fees further, however so far with each individual payment made out to renters we have covered TX fees this far, the wallet system helps to reduce the amount of tx fees paid in total which is why this has been put into place. If the tx fee was not paid then tx's would likely not confirm due to the amount of tx's on the bitcoin network.

Hi,

I like to tell about my last experience with betarigs.

I rent a big rig with > 30 TH do do some mining on a pool.
The rig went offline directly after the 1. payment confirmation and did not come online.
I immediately wrote a ticket. (Like stated in the FAQ - they take care)
I got automatic mails that the ticket was cretaed.
After 6 hours I got this mail :

Hi **** ******,
I want to acknowledge that we have received your information.
However at this time, we are trying to do a system switch and can not enter it.
Your ticket information will be input tomorrow with the new system working.
Thank you.

OK I added another commet stating that the rig is still offline and there is no communication with the user possible
The renting time was over, the rig wasn't online for a second and the owner don't react to the messages.
I added another comment in the ticket system.

Today I got this mail in my Inbox:

Quote
Hi *** ***,
I apologize for the misfortune of your ticket timing.
Your ticket did not get entered in time to stop the payment to the rig owner since our new system was activated and now does payments manually.
Therefore, the rig owner was paid by our system for the rental.
Please contact the rig owner and ask for compensation.
Again, the timing was out of our control.
Thank you.

The Ticket was closed.

Sorry ? misfortune of my timing ? Timing out of control ? Is this a joke ?
Why don't you betarig people work on the "Rig offline" tickets while doing maintinance if the bound to a escow time frame.
or why don't you expand the escorw time while working on the System ?

if this is the way you treat cases like that - it's scam. If you state in your FAQ you take care about such cases and don't follow your promises - it's scam

I reopened the ticket and we will see waht happens.

You cannot expect anything else from people that run mintsy (just read some reviews of it here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=786673.msg12139420#msg12139420).

And betarigs now takes like a minute to load first page. Even china pages load faster for me  Roll Eyes

What I don't understand is why people still rent from here for so expensive price and so many "tickets", when you can get stable, reliable hashrate for half a price at NH and never need to create a ticket for any kind of refunds... Cheesy

1) its defnitely not a disaster
2) we dont run mintsy

Did you change the stratum url or is it the same?

First renter of my rig since v2 doesnt work

0: Enabled  Dead  Quota 1 Pool 0: stratum+tcp://r459.g96.rigs.eu.betarigs.com:4075/

Wrong stratum url or should it work as it was before?

Did not get a "your rig was rented" mail but message from customer works.
Colour theme looks like something for young kids

regarding the slowness. it will fix itself at the moment theres quite a lot of background processing going on so we can add another feature for users.
ill try and resolve the mobile view issues. we do have a mobile app coming soon.
ill check out the rented mais. i may have forgotten to enable them.
i can look into a different theme option for users who prefer
