is to see no one or output. Where have they gone

I withdrew 0.02 from my wallet and it shows as sent in the wallet.  I never received it and the blockchain shows no transaction for 0.02 from the wallet.  I do however see in the blockchain my wallet address is being use for double spend attacks even though I haven't used it in weeks. The blockchain warns it is not to be trusted. I opened a ticket several days ago and there is no reply.  0.02 was a rip off a refund, but this is just getting shady.

Where's my deposit? I can see that the funds have already been sent to another wallet but my BR account has not yet been credited. WTF?

I made a withdrawal over a week ago that went thru but I never I received it in my wallet. Ahmed pm'd me an invalid txid that doesn't appear in the blockchain. I still haven't received it and it hasn't been put back in my BR wallet.

I got this email at 06:33 this morning but the funds were sent to another wallet at 00:46 which is 6 hours before I got this message from BR.

If everything is automated, why is my account not yet credited. WTF is going on? FUCK betarigs. I never had any problems before until this V2 bullshit.

Should have left things the way it was.

I'm lucky if I get my 0.125 BTC credited.

How long is this re-sync going to take? Another 5 days?  LOL FUCK BR. FAIL

yep, will get it sorted asap. had to disable the wallet so i could send out people's balances manually earlier. will re-enable it

good luck getting anything fixed around here. It's usually a huge hassle just to get ahmed to admit that it's broken, and then once he does he'll change his mind and say it's supposed to be that way. See the broken charts fiasco above that hides from the customer when the backend is down. Then he'll imply that it is an isolated incident that only effects the person that pointed it out, when in fact it effects everyone.

Even if he does try to fix it he'll break it worse before it gets better(see the wallet fiasco above).
Simple requests have a way of turning into nightmares around here, so careful what you ask for!
