Zverev has been bothered by something even with his earlier match against dellien he was suffering then managed to bounce back. And this was from a much lower ranked player and almost losing to him would of concluded he has lost his game performance.
No upsets today but noticed tsitsipas is playing tomorrow so his match probably got pushed forward due to another match being played on the court they were scheduled to be on.

Something is wrong with Zverev for sure. For the past couple of months, his level has dropped unexpectedly. He lost to Berrettini and a few other players unexpectedly but he bounced back right on time in Geneva. Although most of his matches went the distance. I think efficiency will be key to win the French Open. Finish your matches early, stay fresh for the later rounds. Zverev started on the wrong foot here but lets see how his tournament goes.

I agree with the Zverev case, he has been pushed by John Millman and almost lost. I think we have been discussing about his case recently (losing matches unexpectedly). I don't know if he has a injury or something, but it looks like it's more of a mental attitude, to say the least. He keeps on losing focus, he should have steam rolled and win this game easily. But when John pick up the pace in the 3rd and 4th set, Zverev doesn't have any answer. John just fall short in the 5th, eventually giving the game to Zverev, but it doesn't look at all. So I wouldn't be surprise if in the next few rounds, he will eventually exit facing much tougher opponents.

The one which was difficult was the paire and hebert match. It went the distance with a 11 - 9 final set. The entire match was 4 hours and 33 minutes.
Difficult match to predict who would be the winner as the crowd was cheering for both their country men to push them forward.

There was another upset with Alex de Minaur the number 21 seed losing in straight sets to unseeded Pablo Carreno Busta. I'm not sure if de Minaur is suited by playing on clay as he seems to struggle on this surface. I thought Tsitsipas bounced back well after losing the first set, his next match is against another unseeded player so he should also win that match. I'm hoping he can get far as I do have some money on him to win the French Open.

I actually did see the carreno busta match and the favorite to win was not the higher seeded player in the tournament as de minaur was.  
I placed a prematch bet on him and he was 1.4x to win compared to alex de minaur at over 2.5x.
Pablo played lights out and easily beat him in straight sets.

Tsitsipas will be facing Krajinović in the next round, so his chances of winning here is good. Federer vs Ruud in the round of 32, Roger already beaten Ruud the last time they face so it will also be somewhat a walk in the park for him. Interesting match is Nadal vs Goffin, but I'm sure Rafa will also win this match easily.

Thiem already won against Bublik 3 - 1 set
Djokovic won his first set. He should be winning the next two set too.

Sorry mate, our girl Bencic lost to Vekic 6-4, 6-1  , bad performance from her. Federer won over the younger Ruud again, recording his 400th Grand Slam match. Nadal overwhelms Goffin, but it took him four sets to do that, 6-1, 6-3, 4-6, 6-3. There's also another big upset on womens side, number 2 Pliskova lost to Martic 6-3, 6-3 and it also means that Osaka will retain the world number 1 rankings.

Yeah I hope that this doesn't affect him as we have seen in the past that this can affect players who are cursing to victory then come out after play has been suspended and lose so lets hope that doesn't happen here. Well I only have $50 on him to win but as you have a few hundred it would be a huge win for you so hopefully he can get through this once play resumes.

In the past 14 years he has only lost French Open title 3 times to ranked champions.



Hes won here last 2 years and looked in great form last week defeating 'The Joker' in Italy.

I can't believe how good our girls (Croatia) have playing this year. Both Petra Martic and Donna Vekić are playing at the top of their form. I believe this is by far the best result on WTA tour for Croatia in some big tournament since older generation players stopped playing. Petra Martic played flawless match against Karolina Pliskova yesterday. Expecting some good odds on her in following rounds and will probably try to back her up. If she continues to play like this she could go very far in the tournament.
