Investment in bitcoin is not always depend on the current buy rate because definitely you don't know what will happen in the future's price that's why there is a traders speculation to help you make a risk decision.

Its the same story when the price hits $300 then some people think it's too high to buy it since they assume it will decrease more. Now it's $400 mark and massive regrets arise.
