in my opinion this time is perfect time to buying and holding bitcoin price very cheap only ~$400 if you want to long term i think this is very safe  but today I can get cheaper, I bought at the price of $388. but I would not hold for long. I'll sell when prices back to $400 just make a quick profit. nice trader, yeah the key is buy low and sell high, when the chance is coming just do it, i agree with that guy this is the perfect time to buy bitcoin, iam prety sure that the price would be up back again to $ 431 or even more good luck for you guys but very bad price not back to $400 even today nearly touched $350. it means I have to buy again and hold bitcoin |

If you are planning for a long term investment you can go for it because now the price has fallen, also you won't sell it in a short term. you are just gonna hold it with you. It will take few months or years for gradual growth and can earn the value of one bitcoin as profit if you hold it and wait for the proper time patiently |

For now, i think it's not a good time to invest bitcoin. because the bitcoin price keep decrease from 2-3 days ago. i think we should wait first until bitcoin price go up.

I think even buying at today's price is a low price compared to what the price will be in 10 years from now, if your buying to hold then yes buy today, if you buying short term to try and make a profit then , Good Luck........  |

The price will go back to $400 levels after a week or two, if not earlier. It seems that the dumping is over and people can slowly look forward again. A lot people were hoping for the price to go sub $400 so they can buy at these levels, and here it is. It's a good chance to enter the market or simply increase your coin count for maximum profit after the halving. |

Regardless of my bitcoin optimitism, I see price will kick back again in the upcoming weeks or months. I consider below $400 as a cheap price and really a cheap price because we can't see another price like this after halving. #speculation |

The price dropped just 20%. It is not a lot at all. The price of bitcoin is volatile historically any way. And to consider that the recent bad news really affect price but now look, it's not dip too much and the price are back from scratch in building some support and resistance to climb up again to $400. I see the attempt of drama is a failed. |

OP asked about long term investment .It maybe good in short term but in long term it is not. I believe it's better to invest into bitcoin for the long term instead of short Bitcoin comes with it rise and falls, you just have to be a bit patient to make profits. |

how safe something is is impossible for us to say bitcoins as with all investments have a possibility to lose you money instead of making you money , so just invest money you can afford to lose so you dont ruin your life in the same rate as your investments is falling when it comes to gambling, people say only use money you can afford to lose. if you're a smart investor and not a panic rookie, then it's more a matter of only using money that you don't need the comming months/years. if you invest wisely and have enough patience, then you will make yourself a more than decent profit. |
