It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

I don't even believe you should have to wait 10 years to earn quite some money - of course, the longer you'll keep your coins, the more you could potentially earn. But the again, there is always the risk of losing the investment, no mater how 'safe' you believe the Bitcoin is.

No questions asked.

Halving is coming and expect a good price while it approach and after it comes.

Miners to exist need a good rewards so halving will occur. What kind of rewards? Mining difficulty that will lead to price increase due to demands.

I don't even believe you should have to wait 10 years to earn quite some money - of course, the longer you'll keep your coins, the more you could potentially earn. But the again, there is always the risk of losing the investment, no mater how 'safe' you believe the Bitcoin is.
I think if you take to invest long-term, may hold more than 10 years, I think there is no risk of losing the will, that many people are predicting that in the future bitcoin so is strong

Bitcoin has shown resilience throughout all the issues it has had to face, and I doubt it would lose value over a small issue. Considering it went from an item worth only like $0.05/coin to $1200 a coin over the course of a month, and the paywall that retains its value at about $400-$250, I would say it has a very strong future and is a good item to invest in. That is, however, just my opinion.

with the available statistics, bitcoin can last for 7 years and bitcoin prices have gone up more than 2000% of the initial launch
I think in the future price of more than $ 1,000 is not difficult

We will see if it can surpass $1000, but I doubt that will happen until we see the next halving to 6.25BTC/block. I can picture somewhere around $800 happening, but I wouldn't be confident with anything above that with the current market.

If there is a spike in the user base, we can potentially see a large increase to $1000/coin, but it comes down to if people are willing to pay for that.

I like how you think. It's realistic and very much to the point. If we can get PayPal and Western Union to somehow incorporate Bitcoin, then they will surely benefit from it. Their hostile look at Bitcoin will definitely change by then.

If all your investment money are just ~450$ - hell no. If you are in mood for some risk, it's not so bad idea.
No investment will guarantee you 100% safeness. There is always a change Bitcoin to reach 0$/BTC, US to bankrupt, to get hit by a bus.

Yes, bitcoin is still a good investment at current price, you can expect good return within a year that is very hard for other investments like stocks, commodity etc but don't think you will invest 500$ and can earn 5000$, it is impossible

Bitcoin investments are always very risky. No matter if you invest into Bitcoin directly or in any other Bitcoin-related project, the risk is high to lose most of your investments. On the other hand, there is a huge potential to make gains, if Bitcoin will break through.

How safe is it?

This what you are planning is very safe.

Is not like you are going to lose very bad.
Is not like playing gambling for one month and you lose a lot. So go for it.

bitcoin is a threat, not just to paypal and western union, but also for fiat money,

If bitcoin will be the currency use by the whole world then get ready for what fiat currency experiences today both advantage and disadvantage that not happening in bitcoin today example for tax and legal terms per country.

Im fine of what bitcoin status today than turning in it a 100% converted fiat.

That would be great if they would adapt to bitcoin as well.

I think it's mostly the illegal news that are holding companies like that back.

They don't want to associate with something that has to do with anything illegal.

I can bet there are more crimes and illegal activities happening with fiat's over bitcoin but they are still using the dollar.

Definitely. Halving is soon and the price of Bitcoin will be sky rocketing soon.
This is just because we are involved in bitcoins and it should skyrocket.
